I’ve been getting my water here for months, I usually use the outside self service faucet. It’s cheap and tastes great except the last time I got my water it tasted very chemical-like. Not sure what happened!

I was a long time (10 years) customer at this water shop. The water was always fresh/good and the customer service was great. But recently, it changed ownership. The water quality is still the same and the shop is much cleaner then before. However, the customer service is suck!. One time, my two years old son needed to use the restroom. The young boy employee didnt let him use the restroom unless he goes by himself. I was upset that he expected that 2 years old boy could use the public restroom by himself. I explained to him that my son was not able to use the public restroom by himself. I begged him to let me go with my son. But he suggested that if I wanted to help my son then I have to use Stater Bros restroom which is a couple shops away. He said that was the shops policy that adult could not use the restroom. At that moment my son was crying and not able to hold any longer and the employee still said no. After that I promised myself not to come back there again. Why there such policy still exist? CRAZY!!!
