Awesome experience! I ordered balloons for next weekend and they told me I qualified for free delivery because I spent over $40! Score! Super busy location to purchase balloons though so plan ahead.

Half of the shelves were a bit empty and the shop was understaffed but good prices and some cool stuff

Terrible service. Placed an online order for in store pick up of a balloon. Showed up at designated time only to be informed that they cancelled the order due to not having the item. Thats fine....IF THEY NOTIFY YOU! I received no notification and still havent an hour later!I needed a balloon so I found an equivalent replacement and the manager/lead started ringing me up and left me at the register mid transaction to inflate the balloon. As she was fighting with the balloon and trying to assemble it, another employee walked up and told me to move so she could take other customers. Cool, but can I get a receipt?When I finally got my balloon (a giant Mickey Mouse) I walked out and realized that all the issued the manager was having with it ruined the adhesive holding the head to the body. It came off before I reached my car.I returned to the store explaining the issue to another employee. They grabbed a replacement and went to inflate it. I was distracted in my phone for a moment while I waited and when I looked up I find that the employee went back to checking people Out at the register and never inflated my balloon.The employee came back over again and started inflating the balloon when the original manager/lead came up and told her she needed to just tape the parts back together. At that point I realized the employee was assembling the balloon in correctly and had Mickey Mouses head on backwards. At this point the manager/lead commented that this is the same problem she had and rather than replacing the balloon and doing it correctly insisted I take one that is taped together.After spending over a half an hour dealing with all this I just accepted the taped balloon and went home. I was careful the entire time and when I inspected the balloon more closely at home, they only partially taped it back together and the head hangs of sideways.Extremely disappointed and will never return their again.

The store looked good and had the most current themed items right up front when you walk in. Line moved quickly and got everything on the list

They have everything youll need for your theme party! Prices are better than Amazon Prime, so get to the store if its close! Only 3 stars because I waited in line as the 2nd customer, first customer would be there for quite some time...I had to mention many minutes later if there were anyone else who could help...knowi.g there were about 7 other people sticking shelves behind me.

Well its been a while since Ive been there. The pizza has improved and they have great deals for Birthday parties and just to hangout with the kids and play unlimited games. Plus T-mobile has great offers with Chuck E Cheese. Well we had a great time I will definitely come back again.

This is a really nice Party City! I mean really, really, nice! If youre a baker, youll love their selection of baking accessories. They have way more of a selection than Michaels. Thats what I came here for. I purchased Wiltons shot tops for my boozy cupcakes. Found nowhere else in stock - but here! Cupcakes where Irish cream chocolate flavored and AMAZING! They also had pretty cupcake boxes to transport them. Well organized, well stocked; this will be my go to spot for party and baking supplies!

Tons of items for Halloween and party events. The after a bit unprepared for the rush of people before Halloween and theres a big line for their make-shift changing room in the middle of the store isle.

Took my son to get 1 red balloon. Associate said they werent accepting walk-ins (whatever the hell that means) and would not make an exception. Left with my 3 year old in tears. You guys lost a customer over 1 balloon. Great job.Edit: drove across the street to Albertsons, they had no problem accommodating 1 red balloon.

It was great! They kindly let us in before hours to get something for a school group costume last minute! How thoughtful and sweet of them to do that! Definitely going back for Halloween!

Wonderful customer service, I was offered help and given the area I could find the item I was looking for. I specially appreciate a employee offering to move boxes so I could shop the item behind them. I felt it was the best customer service Ive had in a long time.
