Hello Car shoppers, I wish to share my experience with PCH motors. My review maybe of some help. I to, had read the YELP reviews of PCH Motors before shopping there. I had shopped at 2 GM-dealers and a Jeep-Dodge dealer for a Malibu Hybrid,, all with negative results due in part of Sales staff.. I then found several listings on TRUE CAR for this model and PCH Motors had a listing. Last month, February 2021, an employee name Ethan returned my call. I asked about the interior, previous Pets, Smoking, and general condition. Over the phone I was content with Ethan., he seem honest, now that first impression, blended with TRUE CAR’S information, I booked a flight into Santa Ana. Upon my arrival at PCH Motors, Ethan had given me the Key of the car and with no pressure, I managed to complete my inspection & road test. (Ethan was Kind and Respectful)Thereafter, While in his office, we talked about (money) terms and price. Ethan was able to meet my terms in his office and checking on the computer with respect to price. IT WAS SMOOTH…(not dragged out) and more important, NEVER LEAVING ME IN THE OFFICE TO GET APPROVAL in another office or GENERAL MANAGER,. Ethan was very FAIR and a good listener, being honest with me. We closed the deal, and then asked Ethan, would I be able to drive some 400 miles home? His reply was “yes”.I drove the car home safely, no problems. Posting my experience is important to me and I hope that your experience will be a positive one as well. Almost forgot, the car needed a mirror cover, Ethan took care of it and ordered it for me via ebay.

I had a great experience with PCH Motors. They definitely know how to take care of customers. They delivered all they promised. I recommend this dealership for price, quality and customer satisfaction.

I was told the vehicle was in excellent condition. So I made an appointment and drove there. When I arrived I found a car that has been keyed all the way around the car. Keyed on the Front back and sides. Very obvious can’t miss or over look it. Makes me wonder what else are they trying to hide. Wholesale reject. After closer inspection the Bumper has been replaced too. After opening the door I saw the markings in the door jam of a replacement rear quarter panel/fender.

I scheduled an app to view a vehicle. when i arrived i received a txt that the vehicle got sold . that in poor busies practice. I drove for 40 min each way. my time is valuable as well as $$ it took for me to drive out there. unreliable.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Extremely dodgy and sold us an UNSAFE UNSERVICED Vehicle which is against the law! If I could leave no stars I would. The vehicle had bald rear tires with no thread and did not have a service record after my husband address this the guy Ehsan Fhi acted “surprised” and said they would be changed. The male Ehsan Fhi could not even tell us where the vehicle was being taken to have the tires changed and have it serviced (oil changed etc). We waited for an hour to then he lied to our faces and told the vehicle had been serviced and the tires had been changed which yes they had been obviously. Today less than 24hours later the battery is dying so we have taken it to a ford dealership to be told a major list of issues with the vehicle including the break pads being noexistent in the front and rear of the vehicle!! They let us drive out of there with a NEWBORN BABY knowing the vehicle was UNSAFE and UNSERVICED! Unsurprisingly today I have tried to call multiple times and they have not answered my calls. DO NOT GIVE THESE A**HOLES YOUR BUSINESS unless you want to risk leaving with an unsafe vehicle and it costing you more time and money than it is worth.

My husband bought a 2011 Chevy Volt from Fred and it was a wonderful experience. He is straightforward and honest with us. Very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely refer him.

We drove 400 miles to come here. They had a rare car that isn’t found in our area. They held it for us for a week and there was nothing weird or suspicious about the transaction. No hidden fees, nothing wrong with the car, and everything went smooth.

Wish I could go negative stars. We had my husbands car about a month and the engine blew after being told repeatedly that the car had been checked and we thought hey no worries we bought the 90 day warranty! Well after almost two weeks of fighting the warranty company and them forcing us to tow the car from our mechanic to their’s they decide to let us know they’ll only cover $2000 of the $4000 bill to fix the engine. Do you think Eshan ever bothered to mention that the warranty wouldn’t fully cover the problems? Nope. He assured us they’d cover everything and take care of us. Their cars are garbage. They are shady. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I came out to look at a 2010 Jetta with 111k miles on it. I test drove the car and it ran great. . I was looking to buy for my daughter’s 16th Birthday. Fred was very friendly and wasn’t pushy. He even agreed to fix the radio before making the deal. On my way home from making the deal the air conditioning went out. I reached out to Fred and he repaired it, no problem. The car runs great and my daughter is very happy! Thank you Fred and Sean for taking care of us. My daughter loves her car!

Dont waste your time. It may seem like a good deal but, when you get finish fixing everything they said they would take care of you have paid market value.They do not do what they say they were going to do just run your around till you just fix it yourself :(

Please please please follow your instinct and learn from me. Well, I saw a nice looking toyota truck on line thinking it was a great deal. Think again, worst experience ever! We made an appointment and signed paperworkI drove off and 15 minutes later while driving on the 405 it just literally turns OFF!!!! Luckily my husband drove my car home so he was able to help me. He called Ehsan and told him what had just happened. He responded, oh, I forgot to tell you, the gas gauge doesnt work! The gauge marked a quarter of a tank! Totally could have been in a horrible accident stranded in the middle of the fwy. I decided to take it back, as who knows what else was wrong with it! Then come to realize the oil gauge did not work either. Worst traumatic experience! Guy kept saying, nothing is wrong with it, we will fix it,nope! You failed to mention something like that! I returned it the next day and was charged the $500.00 restocking fee.

Anyway, Im trying to get rid ofIt is a car shop.I cant trust it at all.
