The best Diesel location in USA they have the always new models of jeans!!! The staff are always happy to help with a big smile!! But MIKE is the best . 3 stars only because I didnt get to shop here,doors were closed for the 1 hr I spent waiting 12/11/20 from 12:15 to 1:30pm all the other stores were opened within this mall I asked security if they were closed because of Covid and he said no should be opened by now they havent notified anything as far as closing.I normally shop here and the service is great when theyre open.*updated I went back the following day and they were wide open real friendly staff I got me 4 pairs of jeans, there actually more to select from on new styles and colors.

This store is a joke, I was interested in a watch that I noticed displayed in the front of the store. So I proceeded to walk in the store, I was looking at the watches and noticed no one interested in helping me, finally after 5mun a girl walked up to me and decided to finally help me. I told her I was interested in a watch, so she said she would grab a key and let me try it on., a few minutes has passed by and I noticed her helping another gentleman who jus walked in the door interested in a cologne, I felt that this was very rude considering I was first and she also decided to help out this gentleman interested in a 60 dollars sale instead of a 500.00 dollar sale of a watch, I clearly jus walked out...

These guys are the best! The Diesel line is expensive, but they will hunt down anything, if its full or sale price, and get it shipped to where it needs to go, if its anywhere to be found. Thats how they do things at the Costa Mesa store!

Absolutely not acceptable store !!!! It so happened that I returned the jacket without even wearing it! The store manager hired me and did not take the jacket saying that I was wearing it! Horrible at this store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
