I was looking at a Mens T-shirt, shopping over the phone, store rep was given card number... Prior to running card, message was left to cancel. The rep went ahead, processed regardless and shipped out the item which did not arrive, package was intercepted and not signed for as it was supposed to be. A UPS claim was filed, approved and issued to shipper, as far as I know boutique was paid and still refuses to refund.. wow

Starting to fall in love with this brand visit the store and sales Associate make us feel welcoming, we was not planning to purchase anything that day just getting to start looking at the product in person and the sales Associates show us everything we wanted to see very patiently at the end we ended buying a beautiful purse. We would be working with this sales Associate for future purchase at this store.

Not the best experience on the phone this morning. I called about getting lenses replaced on a pair of Prada glasses I own. The clerk said she only had one number to share and it was the one I had used. She had no further answers and didn’t attempt to find any other people or resources when I asked. I said goodbye and called the Beverly Hills Prada store. Wow, what a difference in customer service!! Lindsay had a wealth of choices I could try and sent them to me by text: new phone number, email and address. In Costa Mesa, customer service wasn’t this Prada’s strongpoint when I called.

I liked the personal attention and knowledge about the product. Nice.
