Coffee did not taste good. It’s a small cafe, I would spend extra bucks on the coffee price in order to provide costumers with a better quality coffee. The cookie was good/ okay.

Ordered an iced caramel latte and a Nutella filled pastry. The latte was exactly what I expected from an Italian cafe.BUT THE PASTRY! The pastry was so delicious, I would seriously eat one every day if I could. It was perfectly flakey and covered in powdered sugar.Staff is very friendly and makes drinks very quickly!

If you are dying for a coffee dont go theor.you eill not regret it.Its a rip off, they charge high price,and they treat customers like idiots,they think they are something but they are nothing.The worst stale pastry, you cant complain or change what you bought, you have been done a small peice of badly prepared sandwitch for 7.99. RIP OFF

They serve good coffee and pastry on your hand . wish they would provide paper plate and then charge me so much.

I liked the coffee but not the service. The lady took my order on the side. I waited and waited for the guy barista to make my paid order. It seemed he was pre-occupied in getting orders from those ladies in line. Good thing the lady who took my order swooped in to make my drink. Thanks, Gal.

I gave Antonello Espresso Bar an unfavorable review recently. The manager reached out to me privately and is rectifying the situation. That says a lot of their customer service which in general, in LA, is subpar. So good job to the Parlor.

Great place to take a brief break from shopping, although they are very short on available seating, especially during holidays and weekends. Its a very small coffee bar that does amazing things. They offer a variety of desserts, sandwiches, salads as well,as a large assortment of drinks. We diffenitly need and appreciate what they provide.

I stopped in for what I thought would be a delicious pastry after volunteering for a few hours at a charity event. I know good pastry and I look forward to eating something freshly baked when I want sweets and nothing processed. The pastry I selected was really stale and I could hardly even break it apart. It seems like AT LEAST day old pastry if not longer or perhaps they have an inferior storage area that does not keep their food fresh I dont know. I took it back and asked for something else. and it was worse and I threw it in the trash after one bite. If you know me you would no I dont throw food away as I am conscious about not wasting money but I had no choice. They charged $5 for this pastry - what a rip off. I have no idea if this is the norm but please go to Champagnes across on the home store side and get a real delicious fresh pastry. I should have asked for my money back but I was disappointed and just wanted to get something to eat elsewhere.

This little bar right in the middle of South Coast Plaza Mall where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while contemplating the diverse and vast ethnicity of people from all over the world walking and shopping there, the atmosphere is chill and very relaxing while enjoying your treats as the coffee bar is full of many delicios desserts, cakes, sandwiches, salads and breads

Why would you make a piping hot drink, fill it to the brime and not put the lid on it? I was handed the drink, bumped, the drink spilt and burned my hand. Really hurt! Youre just asking for it with that setup! And when I told them what happened its like they already knew and this is something that had happened before. PUT THE LID ON THE DRINK!!!

Like this place.. great place to grab a snack and have coffee while my wife shops at South Coast Plaza..

The espresso lacked body and the wait-time was ridiculous. There is no real organization system to their orders, so you have the people taking orders from customers shouting drinks to the barista. During the busy times, this allows orders to simply be forgotten. I stood with a handful of people wondering what was taking so long when drinks that were ordered after mine (made with espresso, mind you) were being served.

Reviewing based off of just the drinks. Compared to star bucks I would come to this coffee place if youre at South Coast mall. It does have a smaller menu but I think the coffee tastes better. I personally love the chai latte here. Over ice it tastes much more creamier and still has an excellent chai flavor.

I bought a tuna sandwich from this place and the tuna was out at the bottom of the paper bag and when and when i showed it to them the young girl said well this is the way it is.Very disappointed, since i work in the mall i make dire i tell my coworkers about it.

There are many hidden guests. You can sit at the table and watch people pass by. Green tea latte is said to be sweet. Sweetness is not controlled.

Rest place in shopping center. I didnt expect the taste, but when I ordered it, the coffee flavor was good and the dessert was delicious. My wife misses me even after I return home.
