I would give it zero f I could. Attendant is very rude. Their restrooms are never in order. Always out of order. Go to a different station and pay a little more for a better and nicer attitude.

This review is for the car wash, not the actual gas station. Ive gone to this drive thru car wash for a couple years now, but today I went and the machine hit my car. I have a Kia Soul, which is a pretty small car and I was parked right in the middle, so I really think the machine needs to be serviced. It pulled my rear side panel out, luckily I was able to pop it back into place and I didnt notice any actual damage, but I imagine a larger vehicle wouldnt be so lucky. My whole car shook quite a bit when it hit. I left a message with them about this so they can service it, but Im hoping in the meantime this will help avoid some damage for others.

Most rude cashier I have encountered, Id recommend going to the other gas stations near by where they treat you as if youre a human.

Always clean and friendly cashiers. And love the car wash. 😊

WARNING for Ralphs Rewards members - Do NOT use this gas station. This shell gas station canceled my transaction because of my 30-cent Ralphs discount. The station only allowed me to pump 12-cents worth of gas and then canceled my transaction so I lost my 30-cent discount when I needed to fill up my 15.9-gallon tank. The attendant was not helpful and insinuated that I made a mistake. Ive been pumping gas for over 26 years and I was still pumping when the pump stopped and asked if I wanted my receipt because the transaction was complete. To be clear the pump was still in my car when this occurred and would not restart. I will no longer use Shell gas or shop at Ralphs because of this issue.

Good prices, $1 car wash plus an orderly unisex rest room

The heavy set guy who is the cashier (doesnt wear a name tag to identify him) doesnt appear to care about customer service and this is not the first time Ive encountered him. Hes very passive aggressive with a slight condescending attitude. Telling me to wait, hes busy in a simple task that couldve waited 1 minute to take my transaction. Last time treated me as if I was not worthy of his cashier service.

The male attendant who works inside is fantastic.

The guy who works there was extremely rude becasue theie car wash didnt work properly on me. Very poor service. I would pur -100 if it was possible. Wont ever return there!!!

Smog facility has different ownership for week days and week ends. Poor management and customer abuse
