Sadly our local Kmart is closing for good. We attended the closing sale and got some very good buys with prices up to 75% off.

Just wanted to shop there one last time. Kmart carries some items that Sears used to carry. Sears has closed all of their stores in my area. Kmart has some bargains on toys and some clothing items but for the most part, the items are over priced!! Kmart will close this location eventually. Its the last Kmart thats open in my area. I remember the old stores like Gemco, Fedco, and Zodys. They were some great stores and now they are things of the past. Kmart will join the list.

My husband and I randomly out of nowhere decided to look up our neareat kmart this ones it! dont know why hes always talking about kmart, we dont even live near a Kmart probably because he’s some years older than me and they were popular back then I really don’t known we’re this Kmart obsession came from 🤣 he calls target kmart 😅 anyway we will be taking a road trip to kmart soon were going to buy choclates and take pictures in the parking lot 🤸‍♀️😄 sending love if your somehow reading this ❤❤🙂❤❤❤🙂❤😘😘😘😘😘😜

The Kmart has good variety of products but there is no restroom which makes it harder to shop for longer periods of time.

Its sad to say but finally Kmart is closing and right now they have a lot of good stuff still in the store I can see why theyre closing a little pricey but right now a lot of the stuff is on 40 50% 20% so everybody could take advantage right now. Theyre still product in the store

Kmart is only about half of what it use to be. I was able to find 2 shirts I like so I can replace 2 old shirts

The customer service is very good, however the store is very empty, I am very disappointed and sad because it was one of my favorites stores. They need to put more items and more good stuff so people can come back and do their shopping there.

Store was very slow. When I got to the registers there was only one cashier and four people in line. Then five more people got in line. The cashier never looked at the line or called for additional cashiers. Its no wonder this store is doing so poorly. I wont go back again. My time is more important than that.A very dissatisfied customer.

Tim has horrible customer service my 95 year old grandmother had to use the restroom and he said to go outside. Just awful to treat the elderly this way

One of the few remaining Kmarts around, I enjoy shopping here. They always have great sales. To bad the Blue Light specials are long gone. Theres easy parking and Im able to get in and out quickly.

Selection quality and quantity was poor prices were higher than other simular stores. Could not find staff for assistance and only one checker who was not very friendly.

This Kmart is closing down everything on sale from 75% to 90% off all store, final sale no returns.

Went to pick up an online order I had placed. The store was super empty, hardly any customers. Browsed a bit, they had alot of great deals. Picked up my order fast and easy!

Shocking! There is very little merchandise in the store. It is hard to shop here because of the limited selection of merchandise. More than likely you will have to go to another store to complete your shopping list because of this. It looks like a clearance center but everything is at full retail.

Brings back memories from when I was a kid and my parents taking us the shop there. And when they had the k cafe...

Shaunna at the register was great and super nice. Good sales here. The only negative thing is that its too hot in store. Needs better AC. The heat makes me not want to keep shopping. Fix AC and I might go more often. :)

Great value for the buck plus bonus. My husband and I purchase a lot jackets, backpacks and toys from the store and online to donate. I could not do this without Kmart low prices.....Thank you......you made a lot of children happy! See you on black Friday...I need around 75 jackets and toys.

Worst Customer Service Ever! I haven’t shopped at K-Mart in years and decided to give it a try. First and last time! I bought place mats a week ago and didn’t take the tags off. Before I paid I asked the cashier if I can return them if I have my receipt and find something better. She said sure.I find something better, I go in today and there is a worker who knows I’m there and doesn’t even acknowledge me or say that she will be with me or that her coworker will assist me. The next available worker tells me he will be right back and leaves for five minutes to a register. He comes back and I tell him I want to make a return. He tells me that he can’t do it because holiday thanksgiving stuff cannot be returned. I told him that I bought it last week, and according to their policy sign in front of the register anything that is Holiday (items) bought nov 1-Dec 30 can be returned. He says that my receipt says no and I tell him that their policy needs to change because last I checked, thanksgiving is a holiday. I told him that I asked the cashier who rang me out and the ‘no return’ would have printed after I bought the items anyways.Yes it is cheap but it’s not even worth the hassle.

I grew up with Kmart, I still love blue light specials!! I always get compliments on my dresses Ive purchased there. My friends never believe me when I tell them where I bought it!! Please bring your Sophia clothing line back!! Then you will get a 5 star!

The cashier (gisele) was very friendly and sparked up a genuine conversation. I stopped in 20 minutes before closing time and I still got really good customer service.

I really love Kmart, decent prices, good clothing and things but seriously need to have more cash registers open. If you think about it more, you wont make good business. I see a lot of employees available around the store but only 1 or 2 people at the registers and that is basically putting alot of stress on the employees since the lines get really big, especially when it is only 1 person doing it, that is way too much for them. Also with not many registers open, you wont be able to satisfy customers who are not patient to wait a huge line.

This Kmart is kept clean and organized. The employees are friendly and helpful. I love that the store gives out gift cards on random days. This makes me want to shop in the store vs online even though I dont live close by.

Heinous customer service. Rude, unprofessional and unorganized. I am the owner of a business in California and placed a large online order of throw blankets to add to holiday gifts for our clients. I used a company credit card, and when the blankets arrived at the Costa Mesa store (45 min away because the Kmart near me went out of business), I sent my business associate to pick them up, who brought copy of my ID (and my passport!), just in case. After about an hour of getting the runaround from VERY rude personnel, including Eddie and Steven, they wouldnt give her the blankets, even though I spoke to them directly. The gentlemen explained that I must go to the store myself in person, or no blankets. (What if I am disabled?? Lawsuit!) I tried to explain to Eddie that I couldnt do that, and if I had to do all company card transactions in person, I wouldnt have time to actually run the company. The illustrious Eddie didnt care, and instructed me on how to cancel my order. Thus, I canceled the order and will never do business with Kmart again. Logging onto the friendly store with the big red bulls-eye right now!

Kmart has undergone a rebirth. It is very clean and well organized. Lots of shoes, toys, great housewares, strollers and baby supplies and clothes. Give it a try if you like to save money!

We bought expensive shoes for our new job. Then we were told that they werent the right shoes (of course) so we had to take them back. But by then (the next week) we didnt have the receipt anymore nor the tags for the shoes. When we went to return them, there was a problem, they couldnt return them in the system... We didnt know why, but the MOD Nicole was nice enough to go back and dig through all the receipts from the day of our purchase and find our specific receipts. Turns out the cashier had rung up the opposite shoes on our seperate receipts. She was able to return them with no further problems. Im so grateful. Thank you Nicole for your patience and customer service. And I promise to keep my receipt next time!

I genuinely WANT K-Mart to succeed in the face of being usurped by two other discount retailers who reign supreme (their names rhyme with Wall Start and Far Get.) The problem is that this place looks like its been horribly neglected to such a degree that its hard to patronize this spot with any regularity. Ive seen instances where the price at the register is higher than the price on the shelf, which is an improvement over instances where the shelves even have goods to begin with. When you go to other stores, you come to expect that their displays will be neat an orderly; yet when you come here, you should expect for many things to be picked over. I know corporates having financial trouble, but you really feel that here at this store. Hope they turn it around.

As this store gets progressively cleaner, the registers get progressively slower. There is no such thing as a quick trip to kmart. No matter how busy it is, checking out takes forever. Its gotten to the point that I only stop here if Im out of other options.

Terrible music that gets stuck in my head. No air conditioning. No fans. No air. Two cashiers. TWO!!! Plan on waiting in line for a very long time to check out. Usually there will be an old person standing behind you huffing and puffing because they have to wait. Ridiculous place.But I like their tee shirts, and their sleep pants. So I suffer.Dear Kmart, hire more cashiers!

No wonder these types of stores are closing. Ive been here maybe 6 times to quickly grab something, and with no more than 5 customers in the store, it still takes at least 10 minutes to get rung up. Super slow service with too many questions about phone numbers and donating to charities. If you can help it, discover something called Amazon, and never need to step into this dying store. I would not be surprised if this story closed within a couple years.

Store is huge. Had everything I needed for a good price.

They stole my items and charged me.I ordered from Sears and has it shipped to Kmart for pickup. I never got a message that the order is ready but Sears shows it delivered. Sears even charged me. When I called Kmart they said they could not find it . Waste of 40 minutes of my time having to track this down and call Sears and having to cancel the order in chat and try to get a refund and they wont honor the price I originally bought it for and paid for.

I have never been treated so rudely by a service member only because I wanted to check out. First and last time here. I will NEVER spend my money here again. No wonder there were only a handful of people here. They are so rude. I wont be surprised if it goes out of business soon. Lets just say that I bought everything I needed and cheaper on Amazon.

Registers never have the correct price. Poor employees are not trained well enough and managers are useless. I asked to talk to a Manager and he said he was busy and couldnt talk to me. Obviously, customers arent important. No wonder they are losing customers so quickly.

Amazing rewards program!!! I get rewarded for getting things I need like stuff for my business or undergarments, then I can return to buy things I want. Im a bit biased with Kmart. There arent that many of them left and make me feel very nostalgic. I refuse to go to Target and despise Walmart. Kmart is like travelling back in time but they do still have trendy things. Personally, I love their shoes and Pjs, Xmas items, and currently their camping gear. Also, they have the best dollar isle and constantly switch things out, Ive found things there that are waaay over a dollar on Amazon. Its worth mentioning their checkout is a bit slow sometimes, but their employees are always friendly. Cant wait to spend my free money.

Merchandise pricing on the shelves isnt correct on many items, there is time trying to find out the correct price.

This is one of the worst places ever I visited - the staff very rediculos no responsibility to answer single question. I really hate this place.I went to for some winter clothing and snow gloves and boots. I have asked at least 3-4 staff but none of them good to help the customer. I couldnt talk to thanks manager but I dont recommend anyone.Finally though I found something else ( kids stuff) but didnt took because of the irritation - instead I order online which I got better deal as well. So we are not at a happy to go this store.

As far as Kmarts go, one of the better ones. Nice shoe inventory.
