Milano Doors is the most irresponsible company I have ever done business with...I spent $4000 on a pair of iron doors that were scheduled for delivery March 30th. This date is important because I have a project schedule to keep, I would not have ordered these doors if they couldnt be delivered by that date. Well, I got a shipping notification on March 30th that they had shipped, great news right?! Wrong...I waited a few days and nothing, finally a week after the shipping notification I called Milano Doors to find out what the deal was. They told me there had been a mistake and the doors hadnt shipped at all and were still waiting to be finished. They said they would call me back the following day with a more definitive timeline, which never happened. I called back today, two days later, only to be told my order wouldnt ship until Monday the 12th.Not only will my order not ship until two weeks after its original scheduled delivery date, but I cant even trust them to make that date either based on whats happened so far and I probably wont be informed about it until I call them and ask them after I dont receive them on Monday.Now my project is behind schedule, and all because Milano Doors cant give an accurate product delivery date and was unprofessional in the way they run their business by not notifying the customer of these issues.HORRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

I have begun repair in the house. My friend to me has advised to orderproduction from Milano Door Design! I have agreed, well very much he praises this firm! And you know I never has regretted that I have followed advice of my friend. I have ordered an exterior door, four interior doors and windows for all house. Besides, I didnt think that the prices will pleasantly surprise me. Have promised me fast delivery, and was, doors have come very quickly. Have promised me matchless quality, and was, doors have come fine. All selling assistants work very well, and help will decide on the choice, answer all questions! I can only praise all employees of this remarkable company! Fitters have performed work perfectly well! I was happy that I have stopped the choice on the Milano Door Design company! I canonly thank this company for fine work! Thanks!

I have bunch of doors and closets from these guys. One of my locks broke and Im trying to get a new one from these guys for months. I cant get another lock either since their locks are special kind which others dont use. Worst customer service ever. They stopped answering my mail and messages when they found out I only need couple of locks. They only answer if they know you want bunch of doors.....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS....

Weve been trying to have someone to fix one of the doors for months and still no response. After weeks of calling finally Jose, the technician came (after a couple of no shows) and said he needed to order the part even though we were extremely clear on what the problem was on the call. Now hes had the part for over a month and still hasnt come back. He promises to come but never show up. Tried calling him, Anton and the office but only goes to vm and nobody calls back. This is by far the worst and frustrating customer service or rather no customer service we ever had. We spent thousands on their doors and they have no problem ignoring our calls. If you expect good, decent or any service after your purchase do not buy from Milano Doors! Beware of the good prices on their doors, unless you can fix problems yourself later you cannot get them to respond to any after purchase service coz their vm is always full!

Beware this company, we visited their location in Costa mesa a few weeks ago and spoke to a salesman named Andrew,we loved the doors but asked him why all the bad reviews, he told us the company had been bought over with new owners in April of this year, this was a lie, it,s the same people running this business with a head office in New Jersey,awful that Andrew the salesman would lie to a paying customer,we went to ETO doors and purchased 6 doors from the, they were amazing to deal with.do not go near this company,

Literally speaking, very happy with the finished result. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for their service is great. From start to finish very professional service no hard sell, very honest price and quick service team worked well and very clean when installing Windows and front door.

I purchased three sliding doors from MILANO DOORS.They design a huge range of modern doors. The quality and cost were so good and everyone keeps telling me how great they look in my new house. The customer service was extremely helpful since this was my first time buying doors. I will definitely be going back for my interior and exterior doors as well. I am very thankful to them such a wonderful deal!!!!!!!

Ordered 6 hinges on December 12th...Still have not received hinges. Called the company for update the end of December and one never came....had to called again ( X 5 days in a row).let me get your info and get back to you...NEVER ONCE did they get back to me. Im canceling the order with my credit card company. Should have read the reviews on the internet before making a purchase with this company! BUYERS, BEWARE!

I have had nightmare with this business, I ordered many doors, and all I got is a major headache to deal with measurement since they are European measurements and the installer has a hard time aligning those doors and theyre made MDF coated with paint, very light material. the big issue was the wait at least 2 months for arrival and hope your order comes without any issue, I had very hard time to deal with them, they dont fulfill the customers needs, hard to get in touch with. Had one my doors was sent the wrong locks which they admit already and they have not send me a new yet. and the doors ordered 8 months ago. and i;m still they have not answered my phone. Im going to file a law suit for the pain and suffer they caused me. I wont recommend anyone to go through what Im going through.

These people are scammers, ordered doors almost a year ago and i asked for a full refund of my monies,Andrew the salesman in Costa mesa is just awful as far as customer service is concerned, its just lie after lie from this company, stay away you will pay your money and they never return any type of communication.

This company are the worst, we purchased goods in January and they are not returning phone calls/emails,this company are scammers and we are in the process of taking them to court,Andrew was the salesman who lien to our faces with false promises,STAY AWAY.

Dont get the interior doors with magnetic locks. They fail and you get locked in the room. This is seriously dangerous, especially when you livs alone
