I called Flower-Synergy from a Yelp search to fulfill a very important order for a client outside of my area. Caylie was very helpful and walked me through the different options they offered. I liked the autumn (deluxe) arrangement on their website but wanted it adjusted slightly to look more full and in a taller vase. She helped me from beginning to end, order a customized arrangement that the design team executed beautifully. They even added stones at the bottom of the vase that my client commented on specifically that were really unique. This is my second time ordering from Flower Synergy. They do a great job and send several text message updates so you know what your arrangement looks like and when its being delivered. This specific arrangement came with a different vase than pictured online, which I didnt like quite as much, but thats to be expected from time to time. Would highly recommend regardless.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ido who was amazing in helping in helping me pick out a few arrangements for my co-workers wife who just had a new baby girl. He was very patient and went over different designs and options and she absolutely loved them. The flowers couldn’t have been more beautiful and such was expressed by my BFF the day she got them for her birthday! I did receive a text early on with an actual photo of my completed arrangement stating I would be contacted once more that it had been delivered (what awesome service!). However, this didn’t happen and I texted Flower Synergy at 6:30pm requesting delivery status to which I didn’t hear back. All ended well, though, when my friend phoned me 40 minutes later thanking me for the flowers. I will still use and recommend Flower Synergy in the future!

Ordering flowers for a best friend 3,000 miles away is a challenge, especially when you cant find an arrangement online that you love. As my friends and family know, I’m out of state, so our family isn’t able to celebrate birthdays and some holidays in person. Especially with this COVID-19 pandemic it’s even harder to travel these days. So it’s important that when I send flowers they look like what is posted and they arrive on the agreed date. This Irvine area florist NEVER disappoints me. I’ve tried Costco flowers which are nice, I tried FTD which is ok, tried 1800 Flowers and those never got sent which missed the opportunity for me to send comfort to my elderly Mother in Law. Not what you want as an Asian. So trust me when I say, this place is my GO TO!

Hello,I wanted to make a complaint re my order. No one contacted the recipient to let her know that flowers were delivered to her, even though I’ve provided you with her telephone number. The recipient was out of town, so flowers were left outside of her door for the entire day and wilted.There was very little water inside the vase when these flowers were dropped delivered outside the door.

I live in Texas and I ordered some flowers online. After 30 minutes I put the order. I received a text message with a photo of the flowers. About 1h later my friend sent me a message saying that she received the delivery and that the flowers are beautiful! What a great experience! 10/10. I highly recommend Flower-Synergy!

This is one of my favorite OC florists for a reason. They delivered another beautiful arrangement that arrived on time and exactly as pictured. Beautiful, unique and high quality arrangements that are priced fairly. Florist is very accommodating if you have special requests and service is wonderful.

Bad Service: I called ahead of time to make sure the flowers were delivered around noon, the person I spoke with on the phone assured me they would be delivered between 12 and 2. It was going to a business and it was not delivered until after 6pm. The business had since closed and one employee working late received the flowers. The recipient did not see them til Monday morning where they have since wilted.Very poor service.
