I needed a golf cart moved from one location to another, I was told $90 an hour . Thinking it was a little high I went ahead and had them move it for me (thinking it was a 2- 3 hour job). I had it moved 60 miles, when it was unloaded I asked what the cost was, he tells me that the job isnt finished until he returns to his shop. Unknown to me was that they bill, from the time that they leave their shop until they return to their shop. Ended up costing more than a tow truck would have cost. At least I should have been given an idea of the cost. Bad business ethics.

Not sure what these people are talking about - have worked with Darryl for years - found him to be dependable and honest. US Batteries are as good, if not better than Trojan. Trojan and US are the best in the industry - Costco, Interstate, and no name black box are junk. All batteries need to be broken in properly to be covered under Manufacturer Warranty.

Unfortunately, my grandmother & I purchased 6 6v batteries from this outfit after my dad persuaded us to try the first place he found, Mesa Golf Carts (wish Id have taken the time to check reviews, or pushed for costco). They totalled over $700 if memory serves. They werent name brands like trojan, or interstate, but a brand i will never purchase again (US battery) & hadnt heard of. The owner (Darrell--the guy who left himself a 5-star review above to offset the only other customer to review hes gotten, which was a lady hed treated unfairly) promised that if anything went wrong over the first year, that they were under warranty. I asked if they needed any maintenance apart from adding distilled h20, which I did with diligence . He said no. About 6 months later, I noticed the batteries were losing power. At 9 months they were totally dead. I called Mesa Carts to let them kno Id be returning the batteries under warranty & needed new ones. The owner insisted to have his employee come check them for whatever reason. He tested the electrolyte levels & said they were too low, so the warranty was void according to the manufacturer-even though it was within the warranty period & they had been maintained as prescribed. SHADY. He then offered me a discount (still almost $600) for new batteries. I laughed & hung up. He doesnt seem to be a fair or honest businessman from my dealings. So we went to costco & got batteries for just over $500, which beats Mesa Carts discount price... Needless to say I wont be doing business here or with US battery ever again.

After years of doing business with this company Ill be going elsewhere. Ive owned a golf cart for years and rent them as well when I travel to events where they are needed. This past month I rented 2 carts for two weeks in the desert. We had constant problems with one of the carts the first week. After spending a couple of days pushing it and trying to recharge it I determined it was a faulty charging cord. I notified the owner who did come out to repair the cord but refused to credit me anything for the rental of a cart that was not in good working condition when it was delivered. Customer service is clearly non-existant. With so many choices for golf cart rentals, sales and repairs this company wont be getting any more of my business.
