My wife went into this store today to get some help with a remodel we are working on. Staff member David was rude to her, unhelpful and as my wife put it, snobby. He directed her to go to Home Depot instead of taking the time to better understand what she wanted to do and what she trying to purchase. No one should have an experience like this. Customer service is paramount in a business like this one. I would recommend that anyone who is interested in quality tile go elsewhere. Before I wrote this review, I called this store and asked to speak with David directly to resolve what happened. I was told I would get a call back within the hour. That never happened either.

Im an interior designer in the OC area and I love using Costal Tile as a source for my jobs. They have the most unique options and all the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Amazing selection and service!

Misty and Ryan were fast, efficient, super knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly to deal with. Plus they are local to my neighborhood and it is always great to stay local - I love this place, the people and their way of doing things. It is a great place to do business with in my opinion.
