They have a lot of cool guns which I love guns.the guy who runs the place is impolite thats why I gave them three stars. I walk in the store and say Hi how are you doing and the guy just stares at me like he is in a state of tonic immobility. I was thinking to myself. What is this guy a shark or something ?did I put my hand on his nose?he never snapped out of it.its think his parents taught him the opposite of manners.NO RECOMMENDATIONS!!!

Well first off, they LOST my paperwork for my rifle (very professional) after I bought it, and I had to drive 30 miles just to go fill it out again so they wouldnt get in trouble. And in return, I asked that they fix my pistol, and the gunsmith said yes I will do it for free. I go drive all that way to fill out paperwork AGAIN, and then they have me wait 45 days to simply put a spring back in place, no new parts! AND they charge me 45 dollars for it. I recommend going somewhere else.

Bought my first gun and they did the transfer. Those guys are great. Very laid back never felt pressure or uncomfortable. They walked me through the entire process. I’ll definitely be back.

This is the only shop I’ll use. I buy all my toys from these guys and use them for transfers if I don’t buy directly from them. They have great prices and great customer service. Remember guys, it’s all about supporting your local gun store. It’s hard enough keeping a small business afloat not to mention a firearms business as well.

Great a place to buy a firearm. Staff is helpful and friendly. One of the employees helped me choose my first .45 and ended up being great a decision when I took to the shooting range. The shop is small but they have a lot of firearms to choose from. They also sell ammo and other accessories. Funny because they didnt know Google reviews existed.

Im in the process of building my AR (almost done !), and Steve has been really great help in answering my questions. Ive been to other stores where the sales people dont know the difference between a mil spec and a commercial buffer tube, or the process of building an AR while selling parts and kits. So yeah I will keep coming back to this store only, because Steve takes the time to explain the products and educate the buyer.

Closed on a Monday? Stopped by on my way home from work because some of the reviews were good. Turns out theyre closed. Granted, I could have checked their entire profile on google maps, but considering every other major gun shop around them is open this strategy is insane. Rifle gear will continue to get my business because, eh, theyre OPEN.

I ve been there a number of times. I have had professional and friendly service each visit.The guys are there to help you and offer advice, not up sale you things you don t need. Matt has assisted me on several occasions, he s there with a smile and great attitude.I sent my girlfriend in to get her new Glock. The review from Glen Browne is a complete lie. I was in the shop and let me tell you this guy is something special. All the customers looked at the firearm and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it at all, its a brand new firearm. No gash whatsoever. Not even a shady history, just a gentlemen who got a denial. This Glen guy calls the shop, lies, and then has his DADDY call and pretend he is a lawyer (Which is ILLEGAL). He got called out on it and DADDY hung up. When this guy came into the shop, the employees even noticed he was creepy and thought he would not even pass his background check. The post is a complete lie just like his DADDY lying about being a lawyer. Please Glen come on into the shop and get your refund back.... Oh but you are too embarrassed to come into the shop and have to hide on the internet.This is a great gun shop and everyone here is super helpful, friendly, and honest. The fact that Glen Browne wants to badmouth people is because he knows he is WRONG.

These guys are absolute creeps. Some old guy who claimed to be the manager called and harrased me over and over after I told him he had the wrong number. I recently got this number and its recycled through metro. But this dude is too dense to realise that. I asked him to leave me alone and stopped harassing me because I didnt know the person he was trying to get ahold of and he threatened to have me arrested. I asked him to leave me alone and he continued to call me over and over. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager and he answered hello this is your harasser I would not feel safe doing business here. They clearly dont know who theyre selling to and do not gather the proper information which leads him to harassing young moms.

I gave up on this store. I was persuaded by all the 5-star ratings to go there, clearly they have some happy customers, but after my experience there, I have to agree with the other the 1-star ratings.The idea of running a retail operation should be to retain customers who come into your store. Apparently they are so popular (in their own minds) that it wont hurt their business if they treat a single customer poorly. They need to watch a few episodes of Undercover Boss or read The Practice of Management by Peter Drucker to understand that the goal of EVERY business is to create customers. They just dont seem to grasp that point. I will never go back to that store, but Im sure they dont care. Right?

Ill never come here again. First time. Inquired about a firearm I was going to purchase, and staff was completely unfriendly and took forever for someone to even acknowledge me. As someone that is a 10 year veteran and a regular shooter at the range, I will never come back to this place.

As everyone says, super friendly, cool people, really fun gun shop. I did have an issue where they lost my DROS paper work and it delayed my gun acquisition but, S@#T happens, no reason get sideways, we all make mistakes now and then. DROS rates are very competitive and their knowledge is vast and they genuinely want to help people...true firearm enthusiasts. Everyone at the shop is welcoming, not too cool for the room like other shops, whether you know nothing or are a trained sniper they treat everyone respectfully and with a smile. Be patient when you stop by, everyone likes to talk shop and they give each customer time to answer questions and even shoot the S@#T a bit, make it your next stop for all things that go bang!!!

Best gun shop in the world

I originally gave this place 5 stars because they were friendly with good prices. But after my purchase I called to make sure that they started my DROs as soon as they received my gun from the warehouse (the owner even suggested that I call to make sure they started the it that day and the shipping was only 1 day). The day they received my gun I called at noon and the guy said that they will start the 10 day DROs that day. So I call in 9 days to make confirm my pick up time only to find out they started it a day later after I had called. This wouldnt have been a big deal but they are closed on Sunday and Monday which means that from purchase to pick up took a total of 16 days.

Great experience purchasing a consignment gun as my concealed carry. I tried several dealers in the area and OC Firearms had by far the best service and best prices. The shop managers are very knowledgeable and will spend all the time you need to help you make the right purchase. Even though they dont have as big a selection as some of the high-priced gun dealers in the area, they can order you what you want and still beat the competitors prices.My DROS was entered there before I left and Im stoked to be picking up my gun today (10 days later). Im excited to head to the local range and squeeze off a few practice rounds into that paper intruder. I will definitely be returning here for future purchases. I will be recommending OC Firearms to anyone I know interested in buying or selling a gun.
