I had originally contacted Atlantic almost a year ago, about some old Totem speakers that were failing. Tom was very helpful in connecting me with Totem, and while in the end they were unable to repair them, it left me with a positive impression of Atlantic. So when I had two speaker purchases to make a few weeks ago, I recontacted him, and was again impressed with his straightforward, individualized responses. I was able to make one purchase through Atlantic, the second one fell through due to an error at the manufacturers warehouse, no fault of Toms, and he went to considerable work to try to find a Plan B that would work. I consider his honest, customer-centric approach to be pretty unusual these days, and I will continue to turn to him first when dealing with anything in the AV area.
I was a walk-in looking to order some cables. Knowing this is a high-end busines and dressed a bit out of place, there was never a sense of pre-judgingment. Having been to many of these elite places in the past, its easy for them to see if someones in there letting dreams run wild or there for a real purpose. While I placed a marginal cost order for most people, Im sure I was of the smallest invoices theyll create in any given year. I felt like I was treated the same as someone who spent 20x what I did.Thank you so much. My experience with you guys was incredible.
I spoke with Tom regarding my stereo system issues. He was awesome. Tom took the time to listen and explore what the issues could be. Other people I talked to just wanted to get a quote in my hands. Tom was concerned about finding a solution that was cost effective.

I love to talk about companys that actually do the right thing. Atlantic put a top notch system in my home and I didnt like the height of the T.V. so 3 months after the job was done they came out and moved the T.V. up at no cost to me. I do not write a lot of reviews, but the people at Atlantic went above and beyond to be helpful. I am not tech savvy, and had a lot of questions, they treated me with respect, and did not make me feel dumb. And I did not even spend much money! So I say thank you for all your help...
