100% NOT RECOMMENDED. Olympic wire has no accountability at all. They promised us many things repeatedly and never followed through. When they finally fixed their mistakes they tried to charge us for it, and then promised to pay us back but never did. Worst service ever. Dragged out our calls for service so that by the time they came in our baler was almost not under warranty. We love the harris balers but we will never purchase through Olympic ever again.
