Neda and Mercedes are the best Montblanc has. We are lucky to have them here in South Coast Plaza. Just go in and ask for them. Amazing customer service. I love my Montblanc pens and watches. They have totally sold me on the brand. World wide service has been so impressive. Everyone I have met from the company has been amazing. You need to go see them. If youre a watch person you need to go see this store. The top of the line watches they have are Wonderful. You will never regret taking the time to meet Neda and Mercedes. I had my wallet paid in full in store. Also I was told to provide the embossing and once is ready to ship to me. Surprisingly when is ready they said embossing cost $28 and shipping fees for $15. Very disappointed for the purchase experience at this store. If you love Montblanc, not from here

Great Place although I thought it odd when you sign your credit card receipt they hand you a stick pen. You dont use a Montblanc to sign for a Montblanc purchase.The presentation was excellent. I thought it a bit odd the person who greeted me passed me off. The lady who helped me was nice enough. Yet didnt really inquire about my interest in Montblanc. They didnt engage the customerThe guy at Omega NOW he was good. I expressed I was merely window shopping. His reply GREAT thats how it starts!!

Ian helped me pick out a birthday gift for a loved one. He was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the products. He helped me pick out a better pen that what I had originally gone in for. The other gentleman employee was very pleasant as well. My pen was gift wrapped and ready to present. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend going in to see the beautiful pens. Recently, I got my first Montblanc pen for my promotion for elementary school. A wonderful sales helped me out named Jordan Sims. He helped me pick out the pen I truly wanted which was the Beatle’s special edition fountain pen. Because I had no practice with the fountain pen, Jordan taught me how to use it. He was patient and gave me all the information I needed to help me use my pen correctly. My experience at this store was amazing. I remember Jordan told my mother and I that it’s good that they give people a good impression because that’s what creates a happy customer that will return and will look back at their pen with happy thoughts. They definitely made my experience a happy one and by the way, I love my pen! It’s not only the pen that made me happy but it was the kind and patient service given to me. Thank you so much Jordan! Wanted to buy a pen for my husband for long time, trying to make a decision between Cartier or Montblanc, the sales Associates was so knowledgeable about their product, cordial to the point we where not supposed to buy the pen this day and we ended up making the decision on the spot and buying the pen. For me customer service is number one and this sales Associate was able to deliver, we definitely would be working with her from know on.

Basically Dont come here to purchase items. Terrible service. If you love montblancs, find other places. Got a call item is ready, nothing has been done. Waiting for another hour, then engraving still has not been done for graduation gift

Ive owned one of their pens for a number of years and it writes great. I just need to get the original Replacements because they work better than the Office Depot ones

They gave us the wrong item and the refused to do a return or exchange. They do not accept fault for their own mistakes. Buyer Beware.
