Communication sucks with Scott. First I had a helmet shipped to me the wrong size/color. That got taken care of but then then I thought I might’ve needed a smaller size than the size I ordered so I sent Scott several emails regarding this and he refused to respond until I mentioned filing a complaint a week later. I got the smaller helmet which was too small and needed to send it back for the intended size I ordered and here we are again with him not responding to emails for a week especially with the confirmation and tracking number I provided for the smaller helmet. If you’re going to own and run a business, please respond to your customers. This has been going on since May and it’s now August. I have mentioned a refund several times but he insists on me being responsible for a restocking fee, maybe he should be responsible for.

I read a review if Bad Ass Unlimited saying an obese person with glasses was no help to a customer, but there is nobody obese that works at Bad Ass. Bad Ass is known for great customer service. Confused? Its a small family owned business that works hard on having good customer service. I wishtgat digruntled customer would call, so this could be cleared up.
I called a couple of weeks ago, and had a few questions on installing my tie rods I recently bought from Bad Ass Unlimited, and Scott the owner took the time and walked me through the install. Im referring them to my friends and family. I already shared their business on Facebook.
I needed parts for my wild cat and badass hooked me up quick and I will use them when I need good fast service I have never been to the shop but I broke down this week end and they are the first place I will go for parts, and I am sure they will take care of me again
My name is Peter and i recently bought a set of Radius rods for my Wildcat and when the order was received, it was missing a small spacer that went in the heim. I immediately called and spoke to Scott to let him know what happened. He was very apologetic, and shipped me what was missing and also gave me a Free hat and T shirt for my troubles. This company doesnt even deserve a star. A Caucasian obese dude with glasses. He is the worst person to deal with in this company. Id go somewhere else. Dont waste your time and money on this place.
