Units were clean and employees were friendly. Becca was especially helpful and nice, very professional and thorough. I’ll rent here next time I need temporary storage, and would recommend it to anyone who needs storage.

I needed a temporary space to close an office, this was convenient and great location. Becca explained each step and was very thorough and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a storage space!

Wonderful experience dealing with Rebecca at the main office: warm, helpful, knowledgeable, intelligent, and clearly interested in helping her clients. What a refreshing change from the HORRIBLE experience I had with the local Public Storage staff. This facility is cleaner, more personal and certainly less authoritarian than PS which treats its renters like members of a stalag. So happy to have found a space at this bright, well-maintained, and pleasantly staffed facility.

I found a place to be very clean and the staff to be extremely extremely helpful and nice I would tell my family to rent their if they needed a storage its a little sad that they close early but its okay Im dealing with that part but my friend and I we really really appreciated the thoughtfulness and kindness of the staff our unit was very very clean and it was very well lit up and we really appreciated the help from our new management at that facility.

The Management here are always pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and well kept. Would recommend this facility to anyone.

The people At this facility of Instorage are always so helpful and very nice. The facility is very clean and safe. I recently went in to transfer to a larger unit Shayna helped me look at the unit and was able to get me the Internet pricing that was online to save me money. I feel like they care about their business and that definitely shows by how clean the facility is and how safe it is

Easy pain free move-in. They also have a free truck! The site seems very secure with camera and coded gate access along with my disc lock.

Started this experience with reserving a unit via a telephone call speaking with a very friendly knowledgeable professional. The next day when I receive a call back reminder to visit the facility to complete the process, I learn that the tele res was with their Call Center! I would never have guessed that this level of support was a “call center” !At the facility, Cheyna the again knowledgeable professional manager, made the process a “no brainer”
