I was a little hesitant to shop here because some of the reviews about the owner, but thought Id give it a try anyways. Im so glad I did! The owner was very knowledgeable. You can tell he has a love for Birkenstocks. Me and my husband had a great experience here. Came away with 2 pairs and only went for one. 😆

I had a great experience. The man that works there really knows his stuff and it’s obvious that he has a passion for selling these shoes. He described the shoes as if I were purchasing a vehicle, asking me, “these your first Birkenstocks?” That’s all I needed to know before promptly buying the shoe in store, despite knowing that the internet had a much larger selection. I value the human connection and the high quality customer service he provided.As for the people in the comments talking about how the man there is rude and mentioning his race, let me ask you this; have you ever worked in retail and do you speak another language that is completely different from English? If not, which you probably haven’t and don’t, you would not understand that dealing with the entitled and demanding public is already miserable and while you may speak in perfectly pleasant and friendly English, our friend at the Birkenstock store struggles to fix his tone in such a way that you’re able to open your narrow mind just enough to get that maybe, just maybe he’s trying his best.

Ive purchased maybe 2-3 pairs of birkenstocks here and have recommended to family & friends. The owner is friendly and knowledgable! I dont get some of the bad reviews but personally, Ive always felt comfortable coming here.

It was a cool little shop. I was shopping with my wife. The Asian who work there (may be the owner) was really nice. He helped my wife figure out the size (we forgot our size sometime) and he’s very knowledgeable about Birk.Lots of selection there compared to some big shoes franchises.

The birkenstocks I was sold here (by an old Asian salemale) had marks on them, which I was assured would come out with some brushing. After brushing out the shoes to clean them the marks are still very clearly there.

Ive purchased maybe 5 pairs of birks here for myself and my family. The gentleman that works here, Im sorry I dont know his name, is fairly quiet, but knowledgeable, hes able to look at my feet and tell me if the shoes Im looking at will work for me. Hes suggested other pairs for me, and he was right. Ive owned my birks for so long now, theyre ready to be re soled and Ill be taking them back here.

My go-to place for comfortable shoes at a reasonable price. I come here at least once a year and have never been dissatisfied by the service. Always a pleasant shopping experience.

Went in on a Saturday and the store was very busy. Owner was helpful and provided the shoes I asked to try. I thought I was purchasing a regular size but realized when I got home it was narrow. Did the even exchange without a hassle. He was nice to work with on the exchange. It could be better if they had two people working instead of just the owner, and if they were able to provide more service to help customers with selecting the right shoe.

Poor customer service. As soon as the gentleman knows you are only exchanging, he turns his back on you. Rude. Still the best footwear.

A shoe store with an actual cobbler? So nice! John is great - helpful, friendly, and cares that you find the right fit. Store is kept very clean.

Mixed feelings, being coming here for o ver 10 year and only cause he always has my work shoes on stock. It is true what they say about John helpful but at the same time no patience. will sell you and tell he has on stock but when he decides he no longer has the size youre looking for. I will have to start looking somewhere else.

Very helpful and knowledgeable had exactly what I wanted, I also picked up a set of separate Birkenstock orthopedics, which I didnt even know were available. Very satisfied with my experience

Most helpful shoe salesman ever. He measured me, found me the perfect shoe and even put an extra hole on my straps to fit my narrow feet.

Not impressed with the lack of customer service. I picked up 1 shoe, asked about trying it on and was told in a forceful manner “sold out”. No warmth or attempt to help/provide other options. So, definitely not looking here again. 😬

I was shopping around for a birkenstock store after a lot of internet searching, I wanted to wear/feel it for real. After stopping at a few birkenstock stores where no one paid attention to me, or knew what they were talking about, I went to this store. This shop is nice and John took the time to show me what I had already looked up, and even recommended a different shoes that worked great and was on sale at a lower price. I even brought in my old birk to get an estimate of repair. It was a great experience.
