Great customer service
Took one of my pairs of Fiandra loafers in for repair after they ripped at this store after 5 months of wear and was given a repair time of 2-4 weeks when they should have just given me a new pair. I wait the 2-4 weeks to only hear absolutely nothing from anyone. I finally call the store a month after ABSOLUTELY NOBODY has gotten back to me to hear that they are quoting a repair time of 3-6 months! They lied to me and told me they told me that at time of drop off which is a down right preposterous lie. Then after all that the lady has the guts to tell me I shouldnt be wearing my shoes as much I have. If I spend a $1000 on shoes I can wear them to scuba dive if I want. Absolutely ridiculous customer service from this place! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
The handbags are just beautiful, great store.
The Chinese clerk was very very rude, what an absolute waste of my time. DO NOT SHOP HERE
