After your order is confirmed it gives you the hurley customer service phone number and email. But when you call them they will tell you the have nothing to do with hurley outlet and they will tell you if it falls apart there is nothing they can do for you because you bought it on sale. I am embarrassed for this company. I have coached many of your top surfers and have been the head surf judge for many of there contest.Yvonne the supervisor needs to change there tone . She is very condescending. She said well you got it on sale and told me when I bought. I am not a child . I know when I bought the wetsuit. I was injured so I didnt surf for about 6 months. I have many people you can ask that are actually friends with Bob.. Every company will eventually have a product flaw. It is in how the customers service handles it. That makes the customers want to come back and buy more products. Your company is worth nothing if the customer service is bad. So in this review I will let the customers know the good companies . Companies like Nixon, Outerknown and Ripcurl have absolutely the best customer service consistently . I have bought many products from there companies. Have there been some product flaws absolutely but their customer service was inviting helpful and solved my problem.Hurley customer service supervisor not a good way to talk to a customer.

I was unaware that this is private property considering that they sell clothing. I parked my car in their wide open parking lot with no no parking signs around to catch a Pokémon and security was on me like white on rice. Told me to leave immediately. I said no problem and drove off. One of their ass hat employees decided to place a poke stop in their parking lot. And then not expect people to come and park in said parking lot to catch a charizard. Seriously, note to Hurley Security that got all tough with the old chick in the Ford. Save the tough guy act for the criminals. And write to Niantic to remove the poke stop from your parking lot so the mall cop wont have to rough up a little old lady who plays Pokémon instead of knitting.SIGNED,POKEGRANNY.
