Ordered a set of life jackets, received the wrong set. Immediately sent an email and talked about getting a replacement set by the next week. Sounded good at the time, 5 MONTHS goes by and nothing. The owner doesnt reply to his email, and he doesnt return messages I leave. Half the time when I call I get nothing. Eventually get through, agree to send the life jackets back for a full refund, I ask for reimbursement for the shipping costs I have to pay for HIS mistakes. He says hell do what he can. The shop received the return in october. Its december now and Ive still yet to receive any refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THE ONLINE STORE.

They have the best selection of sailing gear for women. The owner is very helpful and will work with you to ensure you select the gear that fits your body and your sailing conditions. I come here from Colorado to get Zhik boots, dinghy gear, Gill gloves, and rigging for my laser. Hard to find, you have to park in the back.

They are scammers. They never refund me the money corresponding to two jackets that I bought through their website and then returned for size problems. I sent hundreds of mails, made calls, and I had no answer. They stole $ 729.87. I have all the documentation that supports what I am saying. Do not buy via internet through this site.

Carl is awesome! My kids sabot shattered the mast can. Carl didnt have a new one in stock but determined to make sure my son could sail the next day, he loaned us another used one that was still intact. I use quotes only because he never asked for my name or phone or any other information that would get his mast can back, he just handed it to me. His main goal was not to sell me anything but just to be sure my boy would be on the water the next day and having fun. You might be able to save a buck or two on Amazon or ordering from far flung faceless Internet site, but trust me folks: this is a shop we want to have around when there is an emergency broken mast can or missing lee board handle! So please buy from him when its not an emergency so we can all make sure hes here when we need him! -Derrin
