Teddy Graybill at Edwards Kia is so kind and cares about his clients needs and wants. I cant say enough about him. I needed to get into a car with lower gas mileage and lower payments. He took his time and listened to me. Cared about what I was saying, and not at any time did I feel rushed and needed to hurry with any decision. He found EXACTLY what fit my needs. My daughter, took me to this dealership because we were both looking for new vehicles. Our salesman, Luis Tafoya was very helpful and friendly. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a more expensive vehicle or anything other than what i told him I was looking for or could afford.The finance manager, Ronald Phillips was the best! He ended up giving me an even better deal than I could have hoped for. He stayedpast closing time and really worked hard toget me the best warranty and interest rate. Heeven threw in some extra oil changes.Shopping for a vehicle can sometimes be intimidating for women, because you never know if youre being taken advantage of. That was absolutely not the case with these two gentlemen. I will recommend this dealer and Luis Tafoya to anybody looking for a vehicle, regardless of their budget.

Notice anything missing? I want to to thank Edwards Kia for yet another infuriating experience with their service department blatantly refusing to thoroughly inspect, diagnose, and honor known issues covered by Kias extended warranty.After taking my car in for an appointment that was scheduled following the illumination of an airbag warning light—which Kia apparently uses as an indicator for a plethora of potential problems—Im presented with a $4,700 repair estimate that is an extensive shopping list of service suggestions that are entirely unrelated to the original issue and are (suspiciously) not covered by the manufacturers extended warranty.Then, they try to charge me well over $300 in diagnostic fees, despite being shown two pieces of direct correspondence from Kia Consumer Affairs stating that If at any time within the extended warranty period, the airbag warning light is illuminated, your Kia dealership will diagnose the cause at no cost to you.And the cherry on top: they allowed me to drive my car off the lot without so much as a peep about the giant hole they created and left in my air intake hose, which will eventually lead to further catastrophic and costly repair issues—a single undescribed line item on a repair estimate is completely unacceptable. This is gross negligence at its finest.I liken the whole experience to being taken to the hospital for a broken knee, being told its actually a broken toe, then being billed for an ECG and told you have a torn rotator cuff.

We received a notice of a recall for our 2014 Kia. We scheduled and dropped the car off for the repair, only to find out it was just for the inspection and had to bring it back for the actual repair. Note we do not drive this car much because my wife works from home.We got the car home and a couple days later went to use it and it had a flat tire. When inspecting the tire we noticed 3 marks on the side walls equally spaced and equal distance from the tread.I called kia and in short was told tough luck we drove off the lot and they are not liable. I followed this up with a call to the GM and he agreed to replace the tire because they did not have a documented pre or post inspection showing the damage.When we took the car in for repair and replace the tire, we did a video of the outside of the car as our drop off inspection ( unfortunately that video did not work, operator error). We found another issue but Im not talking about because of our video did not come out.When we picked up the car we noticed they put the new tire on with the opposite side out compared to the others.If they had done an inspection a blind man would have noticed.You would think if the GM was Involved and a question about their inspection process was the cause, they would do a full inspection after and insure one was done.In general we have always had a good experience with this Kia dealership as we have bought 4 new cars and 1 used here.We had much more to this experience in our time and frustration. I surely will be checking out another dealership for our future vehicles.

I will start off by saying that the service we received while shopping for our car was great. We love the car and that the sales/finance staff was able to work with us on getting the payment down to one that was more in our price range for our family.The reason for the 3 star review instead of 5 are for a couple of things after the sale was completed. First, finance cut a check for our plates and registration, but made it out to the wrong county where we live. So after an hour of driving around, I was told I needed Edwards to write me a new check. I live 25 minutes way from the dealership and was not provided any type of reimbursement for their mistake of making out the check to the wrong treasurer, and then saying wed need to come out to get a new version.The second reason was that we feel more effort could be put in by the some of the staff to ensure people arent being told one thing, only to be blindsided later on. During the sales pitch to get us to buy from Edwards, we were told that the registration and plates would be worked into the overall payment, and that we wouldnt have to worry about it. Edwards sent us a check for $400, and the registration was almost $900! We contacted the gentleman that sold us the car and he said the staff tries to get it as close as possible, and that we signed something in the agreement to cover the rest of the costs.My wife went on her phone, entered the VIN on the car and found out that for our county, the registration would be $877. She did that in 5 minutes. So because the staff couldnt look up the cost of registration in our county with a simple VIN, we were now in a position to make basically another car payment when we were told no more money would come out of our pocket to get the car plated. To hear that the staff tries to get it as a close as possible, and its not even halfway there, is unacceptable.I would still recommend people shop here for their car, but please ask more questions when going through the finance process to ensure you dont get side-swiped like we did.

I have a great appreciation for the Edwards Family of dealerships. I try and visit just to see what is new in Motorsports often but this time I had to take care of an unpleasant task at Kia. My daughter had purchased or leased 5 vehicles from this amazing team. She has always been treated well and the sales and finance staff have worked hard to get her into her first choice of vehicle which kept her going back. Her passing caused me to return her brand new leased 2021 Kia. Im sorry I did not get everybodys name who helped me, but they all made this so easy from the sales rep that greeted me in the lot to the manager who did the paperwork. You made this experience pleasant and as smooth as it was for Vivian to get the car. Thanks to this family owned business, is shows how much you appreciate your customers and employees who treated this return with the same car and enthusiasm that they would a purchase.

Nathan the car sales man was amazing but I feel wad not trained very well no confidence and very scattered and not well at texting or paperwork we had 3 appt times and still the car wasnt ready for us now the financing team was horrible none of the paper work was corrected even the dealers name was wrong she was all over the place they had a lot of wrong info and we signed all the wrong documents and had to come back the next day. Then 2 days later they are still asking for info after everything was signed and we own the vehicle just a hot mess at all times.

I took my 2014 Kia Rio to Edwards because the check engine light was on. I turned out to be an issue covered by my extended warranty and original manufacturers warranty. I was taken care of by a gentleman named Dio. He did all of the necessary communication with my extended warranty company and my car was fixed with no stress on my end. Thank you to Dio and the Edwards Kia staff for a pleasant auto servicing experience!

I bought a pre-owned 2015 Kia Sportage today, couldnt have asked for a better salesman, Doug Schafer was exactly by the door when I set foot inside the building and greet me and ask If needed something. Told him I was looking for a specific car that I saw on their website, he then took me to his office and checked if it was still available for me to test drive and see. When he later found out that it was still at their car lot, he didnt hesitate to take the keys and I took it out for a spin. He asked me what my needs were and if the specific vehicle I just test drove would fit those needs. Didnt pressure me into buying anything else higher than my budget nor pressure me to have financing at their dealership, bcos being a woman and an immigrant can be overwhelming when it comes to buying a car. After an hour or so, I was already driving the car back to Omaha. Thats how fast my transaction went today with Edwards Kia, of course with the help of Doug and their finance guy Ron. Thank you for being a part of my first ever car purchase.

I leased a vehicle in April of 2018. Do not use Kia Financing! They are a HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I cannot believe this company continues to get away with treating people this way. I have been waiting for Kia to release the title to a paid off vehicle for over a month now. Others posting on the Kia Finance website state theyre still waiting on a title from a vehicle paid off in September 2020. First, theyll give you the we havent received your odometer statement yet. They have received it -- multiple times. Then, theyll give you the it takes 3-5 business days to process line. Theyve had 45 business days to process it. Finally, theyll give you the were backed up line. You get to the highest level of escalation in customer service. I spoke with Roger. Roger told me that there was no one else in the Kia universe that he had a phone number or email for that I could contact. Please, dont make the same mistake I did.

My wife and I went in yesterday evening at approximately 6:45 - 6:50ish. When my wife got out of our truck this man asked if they could help us with something, to which my wife stated that we wanted to look at some cars. To which he rudely stated we close in 45 minutes. Which was not what google said was there closing time, which we stated. To which he decided to again rudely respond with well the internet is wrong. Ive worked here for 20 years I know when we close. This already had my wife and myself heated of course. We are there to give you business, but with that attitude we were really hesitant to stay, but we did because the salesman was pleasant. But unfortunately we had told our salesman that we did not want to have anything to do with that man,, which we came to find out that he worked in Finance. To which our salesman stated that we would not have to work with him as there are more finance people, which we were working with another finance guy But this man decided to stick his nose into our business. He was unwilling to negotiate at all on price. Just kept shaking his head. This is not how you get business with anyone with aggressive behavior and an attitude We ended leaving and taking our business elsewhere. Again the salesman was pleasant, it was the finance guy that was very unpleasant and rude.

Don’t go to a dealership for services. They will rip you off. I went in for an oil change and my lock was broken. I just wanted 2 things done. Of course they came up with well over 3k worth of services I “needed”. My brother who is a mechanic, looked at the list and told me that they were trying to scam me because I’m a young woman. He said that these services weren’t necessary until 150k miles and I only had 92k. Ever since I cancelled the lock service they’ve been so rude to me. Sorry I just don’t want to spend $400 when I can spend $100.

Bought a used car. Everything went well. Car is not as clean as you would expect it to be. Edwards could have a better detail department. Stains on sides of front seats and dirty around back seat cup holder that pulls out of seat. Stains are pretty bad. Now I have to get it detailed at my expense. Paid cash. Should have kept looking

I have been searching for a while for my next SUV and going back and forth on what size I really wanted. I came in and was pleasantly surprised in the quality of Kia. I test drove a 2021 Sorento and enjoyed it immensely. Then found they had the top line green one for sale and that clinched it for me. Travis was awesome to work with, very cognizant of time and responded promptly and accurately to our questions. Its not the most beautiful of showrooms, but we were able to get all the info we needed easily. Finance took a bit as there was only the Manager there that night so we had to wait for him to be free, but was easy once in his office. Overall a great experience and I got the vehicle I wanted.

I really thought this was going to be different from previous car buying experiences. I worked with Teddy on a deal for a Kia K5, in the exact trim and color I wanted, and he was great and provided excellent customer service. I was paying for it to be delivered because I live a few hours away and the deal seemed finalized. Credit application and numbers were approved.The day before the car was supposed to arrive, I get a call from a sales manager that they have this new policy and only will do business with local customers, so they have to rescind my deal. Nobody at Edwards Kia knew about this - I spoke with an Internet Specialist and two separate sales agents, who were all aware that I lived in Kansas City and said that was totally fine.Heres where my real frustration kicks in. At the suggestion of Edwards Kia based on the value CarMax was going to offer, I sold my car because it was a finalized thing, or at least I thought. The sales manager who called me, said they could move forward with my deal if I traded my old car in with them (for far less than what I was getting elsewhere).Take away the fact that doesnt make sense if their new policy is to only sell to local clients, I had ALREADY sold my car. I was in the market for this car and now am forced to compromise with other options because I currently dont have a car. All of this nonsense because they wont get to have me as a customer when servicing my vehicle since I live in the KC area.Lesson learned on my part, I guess. But Edwards Kia not only wasted my time, but put me in a very difficult situation. On top of that, their managers who made this new policy, and supposedly didnt tell any of their sales staff, wont even return my calls. At first, this car buying process seemed too good to be true based on the exceptional customer service received, but unfortunately, its more of the same deceptive business practices that one is used to when buying a car.

Extremely frustrated with Edwards Kia’s finance center. My husband traded in his old lease for a new one in March. He was still charged the next month’s payment for his new lease, despite being told he wouldn’t. He’s been trying to reach out since March 25th regarding the charge, but literally every time he calls (which has been multiple times), they’re “in a meeting” or “away.” He’s left a voicemail every single time, and NO ONE has called him back. He finally spoke to someone who told him they have no record of the charge despite us pulling the ACH info from the bank with a statement showing it has been charged. He then made his monthly payment last Friday, only to be charged a SECOND time yesterday. Neither of us are looking forward to the weeks it will likely take to get ahold of someone.

So I was inquiring about getting a Telluride from Lake Manawa Kia, which is the same dealer as Edwards Nissan. The Salesman Doug sent me a text message to try and get me to come in and inform me more about the Telluride, he also told me that I would have to order one as they do not carry them in stock, I politely told him that we were not looking to order a car and that we would take out search elsewhere, for a different vehicle that we did not have to order. A few days later he came back letting me know of a used car they had and I let him know that we were looking for a new SUV not a used one. He then asked me again about ordering a Telluride and I again politely told him that we did not want to order a car, he then told me that so to be clear you do not want a telluride I told him that I do not want to order one, after that the conversation just went downhill with him informing me that I do not want a telluride, after I told him that I felt he was being a bit rude in his response, his responses just got ruder from there which finished by him adding that some personalities clash I do not advise buying a car from them at this point he was very rude and did not seem to care at all about the fact that I felt that way. To be clear I have bought 4 other cars from this dealer and as a past customer to be treated in this manner I will not be going back to them

Michael Cain was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me through the process and was able to answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend going to see him. The financial officer rushed through everything and wasn’t as friendly though. I did show up pretty late in the day and didn’t plan on buy that night. Overall it was a good experience and I drove away with a great car!

Our experience with KIA has been a nightmare. Its been over 90 days and its still not completely settled. They acted very knowledgeable but thats far from the truth. The salesman was very friendly. But the manager of the business office is very unprofessional. He was rude and yelled at me and got an attitude with me several times. After 90 days they are claiming we still owe them more money. We had to involve a lawyer now to get it all straightened out. NEVER, NEVER do business with KIA or Patrick in the business office. Run as fast as you can.

It pays to cross the bridge. I thought that was just a cleverly crafted slogan, until I actually crossed the bridge into Iowa to get my Stinger GT1. Michael Cain was a breeze to work with, the appraiser gave me a great value for my trade and the entire car buying process couldnt have been easier. I didnt feel pressured into buying a car, and he alleviated some of the anxiety I had about buying a new car. Very good experience!!!
