The one with the southern accent (Allan) is very helpful and well mannered! Very knowledgeable about any/all Automotive needs no matter make, year and model! Convenient and able to buy what I need most of the time....if its in stock. Their tool section is questionable though. Many empty slots for single wrench purchases.What we are not going with is the constant...we need your phone number complete the transaction. No you dont need our phone number. Paying cash, we just want to pay and leave. Have the receipt if needed to return.

I got check engine light on dash, got to this store and ask them if they could check it for me, was told they couldnt do it because of the virus...but yet the person that park next to me was getting wipers on his vehicle by a employee huh ...a week before I spent over $300 in parts including a battery that a employee put in for me....

I came in the other day to exchange some window tint. And the 2 ladies working just starred me down at first l thought to myself these ladies are the real deal, they dont play lol. As I got to the counter I greeted them first like a gentleman should. And they are the kindest and sweetest ladies. Great experience

Been going to AutoZone for everything since 2012. Order a new alternator for my truck online. Got the email saying it is ready for pick up. At the store, they say its not there. Good gravy. Lost my business forever. Asked for a refund. And thats my final transaction with them.

Marion was very hospitable and patient. I picked up a part today and the commercial guy, I think his name was Mike was just as friendly. Great store and GREAT people who work there!

There was five employees, one customer ahead of me, and I still had to wait, for anyone to come check me out.

Came into the store to return an item that I bought from the store after being told it would work but when in reality it didn’t. Happen to speak with the manager when I came in and could tell he wasn’t very friendly. Didn’t want to return the item at first because they were open but explain that the rep I spoke too said they would work for the purpose I bought them for when they didn’t. He made a very loud sigh and the rest of the transaction didn’t say a word but sigh. Could had least pretend to be okay with helping me and could had at least say “thank you” “have a nice day” would not be coming here again. Store manager and his employees all look and act like they don’t want to be there.

Been to this location before. Several times. Maybe once, I can remember, a employee was polite and helpful. Other than that one time, they are just surly and not eager to help or assist. I recommend steering clear of this autozone. Also, much of what they have, you can find online for better prices.

They gave clear directions on how to use the equipment, but customer service speed and enthusiasm could have been a little better.

I was traveling on Easter Sunday and still 2.5 hours from home when my alternator went out on my Yukon. It was about 30 degrees out, and winds gusting up around 30 mph, and not only did they sell me the alternator, but the manager Paul even helped me change it in the parking lot. This guy was knowledgeable in testing it as well, and guaranteed that I will keep coming to autozone. Paul, you are proof that there are still good people in this world that help others out. Not a good experience I ordered a tool to use when I get there after they called and said they had it with my brakes they had loaned it out to someone else after I ordered it they also said I didnt need it when I did they really need to know their job working there Im not happy with them at all

The lady that help me had no clue what size wiper blades I needed. She also had no idea how to put them on. I have a broken arm and couldnt do it. After she agreed she had no clue how to put them on her response was I guess I could get someone else to do it. She was in no hurry to do anything.

Ive always had good experiences here, two helpful members were Sarah and Mike. They did not have the repair manual I wanted in stock, so they ordered one for me and I was able to pick it up in less than 48 hours.

The prices arent that bad. Some of the people that work there are just pretty rude. as I was checking out the guy like burped right in my face. They always just seem like they always just want you out of there.

April the store manager is the best! I was getting screwed at a place a block east on a replacement battery. I left that place went to Auto Zone and was in and out quickly. Not only did April give me discounts, but she installed my battery personally. Great attitude, great customer care.

Didnt even say hi welcome to AutoZone didnt even acknowledge me walking in the door.They were too busy chatting about hunting dont know if Ill be back or not I had to walk up to the counter to get help not very impressed with AutoZone I work for an auto parts store and never once did I ever ignore the customer walking in or checking on other customers to see if they needed any help not once did none of the employees do this its pretty disturbing. I bet the manager would like to know thats how external theft goes on its from the employees not doing their job

Only 2 people were working and as the 3rd customer had to wait 30 mins. When it was my turn, They did go out and test a battery that came up as bad. I didnt purchase from them as the, least expensive, battery was $134 where another locations highest price for the same thing was only $95 on the top of the line!

Its kind of like rolling dice, sometimes you get somebody thats real helpful and other times you get somebody thats not so helpful their prices are competitive they have a lot of stuff and good parking lot they usually only have one or two people working so if you get a lot of people in there you may have to wait for a while before you get waited on other than that its a good auto parts store oh and they will check your engine light free and your battery and alternator to see if its good or bad I believe they install batteries if you buy one there if its not too much have a job and I dont believe they have a public restroom and they do so a lot of tools and customized parts for your vehicle now that I think about it along with your antifreeze and oil air filters oil filters Etc

I went in to check my motorcycle battery & they told me it was bad & that i needed a new one ! I asked how much for a new one & they told me almost 300.00 $ & i said for get that & went over to OREILLY Auto Parts & they said it was just dead & needed a charger. So i charged it & the bike fired right up. Auto Zone is good place for parts, but would definitely go somewhere else to have your battery checked or you might be buying a new one & really dont ! ! !

This was a mistake... my finger brushed up against the phone and it hit 1 Star before Id even decided on 4 or 5 STARS.... Oh, its 5 STARS by the way. Only once has an employee seemed both uneducated and unwilling to do or know anything about this job...cars!!!!!! look up on the computer or show me where something was. NEVER saw him there again though 🤔so thats why they get 5 STARS. Everyone else was educated about the job and willing to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got off work and my car barley started i hurried up went to this auto zone i got there at 8:55 they closed at 9 I went in said I think I need new battery the lady went out tested my battery said yes you need new battery i said ok I’ll buy one she said they can’t install it because they were closing in 4 min what the hell kind service is this i get that there were about close but I’m a paying customer they should have installed my battery it would not have took them that long this was very poor customer service then when I went start my car wouldn’t start i said you got someone that can Jump start me thankfully the lady helping me husband did i will never come back here poor service

Worst service ever all of the associates lied to me and it ultimately cost them my business only at the council bluffs store have I experienced such unprofessional workers.

When I call a place and they say: can you hold for just a second please?, I have no problem. But after 15 minutes of a repetively annoying wait song, I hung up and tried again. 2 times it rang until the line went dead, then the 3rd try they insisted I wait. Waited again and 5 minutes later someone picked up and promptly hung up without so much as a hello. I tried again but no answer. I understand being busy but the service I recieved is completly unacceptable.
