Absolutely horrible I arrived in town on business About 2 hours before I went to target. When I was inside my vehicle was broken into is broken into they stole roughly $2500 worth of equipment out of my vehicle in target parking lot the security was useless and I was never able to speak to a manager speak to a manager. This company is only worried about the money people put into the store Not what happens on the property

Waiting in line to check out while 5 employees do nothing, but conversate with each other not about work..... then we cant get to the self checkout at the end without being able to maintain social distancing....I either had to walk by the small area of all the other customers at the other self check out registers or the side thats usually clear where they were all conversateing. But shouldnt you open a register if there is a line for self check out and people are waiting when you have that many employees NOT working....no concern for customers their conversation was more importantNot to mention their gluten free options are getting worse and dont have alot of reasons to shop here anymore

Curbside pick up, Starbucks inside. (No Dine-in seating) Masks currently (March 2021) required to enter. CVS pharmacy inside. Grocery, dry goods, electronics, clothing, kitchenwares, cosmetics, toys, sporting goods, housewares all available, as well some seasonal products. Plenty of parking.

Apparently its to much to call and ask anyone at this store for any basic info with out being redirected to look online for a simple price check. What ever happen to customer service in our world today when I call and i get a condescending attitude for not looking online first well exscues me for bothering your employees...

Clean store and safety measures for COVID-19. I love getting discounts with the Target app using with Target Circle and having the automatic 5% discount using my Target debit card. The staff members are always so helpful and kind. I have always have had a great experience with Target from shopping in store to shopping online with receiving my item(s) by in store pick-up, delivery pick-up, and delivery to my home. They have also improved or fixed any time I have had an issue with an item or an experience with their excellent customer service in store and online or by phone. Lastly, if you shop regularly at Target and are not a card member (by debit or credit card) do so right away. You get awesome bonuses of not just a 5% discount on all purchases using your card but you also get free shipping with any online order and an extended item return date. Please always remember to use your Target Circle app when shopping because who doesnt like saving money so easily.

Their machine has been bad for a few months, We love shopping at this Target but hate they won’t replace the espresso machine at Starbucks. Management tells me they won’t because the machine is 10K, I think Target can afford a new espresso machine......

Ease of drive thru pickup, decent selection and prices. Was very pleased trying out the drive thru option for the first time. The worker who brought out my items was very courteous and friendly and made for a positive experience. Will definitely be utilizing the drive thru option for future purchases.

Had a TERRIBLE TIME here, I felt so judge from the employees when I was at self check out, I over heard one of the employees say “get ready I think he’s gonna rob” and another employe said “yeah I already have the building surrounded”, at the end when it came to pay the $638 and saw they immediately left, I never felt so judged and uncomfortable

Audit your receipts before you leave the store...especially sale items. These could just be separate accidents (only worth a couple of bucks) but its still annoying when you feel you cant trust them.

The store is friendly and clean. It is easy to find items in various sections of the store. I know that household cleaning items was sparse today, but that has to be related to the pandemic. Items will eventually be restocked.

I love Target, and always have. I dont get out to shop a lot but I have my husband shop for me & I tell him to go there. One reason I love it is that it is so clean everywhere, very organized. And the motorized carts are easy to use. You can find just about anything you want there so you dont have to go to a half a dozen stores. One stop shopping is great.

Super easy to use the drive up service, only complaint is they dont have cold grocery on their yet so if I need milk I have to do a extra trip. But it works great for pretty much everything else I could possibly buy in Target

Your employees dont ever care to watch out where customers are walking. You guys act like you have ZERO peripheral vision. Take your chat group circles out of the checkout line. If youre going to team up and do a shift meeting then why would you do it in front of a busy check out line? This happens every time I go and Im tired of it! Someone could get hurt badly because of your ruthless mistakes. My child was with me and couldve been injured. And your employees are rude!!! No good customer service with me, treated me like a spot on the wall. 😢

First Target is one of my favorite department stores to shop. Love the mens clothes and the store hours. Recently I had earned a $5 Target coupon good for any item I recently earned from my VZW acct, however, at checkout the cashier nor the store manager knew how to use the Target app on my phone so that I could use the coupon. It could be seen that the coupon was in fact on my app but neither of the two could find my $5 off coupon on my app to apply to my purchases. Target employees especially Target managers should be in the know regarding the Target app.

Love target. They have amazing things for your home. They always have good sales. The employees are always willing to help you. The app is not my favorite after the new update. Make sure to check your receipt so that you are getting all the deals. If you dont customer service will refund it. Tuesdays they lower the prices on Clearance things.

Cant believe Im giving a bad review to Target but the mens restroom is horrible. One stall missing the door completely, the only other stall the handicap stall if you just bump the door the slightest it unlocks and opens while youre on the toilet. I have to say this is actually worse then Walmart.

It is soo fast and efficient!! I love being able to shop online for that last minute Birthday gift and quickly picking it up along with a Starbucks coffee and special iced tea on my way out the door with time to spare!

For our area I would say that this Target is a great store.

Its Target. Not much else to say. Usually clean, employees arent pushy, but are eager to help if requested. Generally pretty smooth traffic flow. Their Starbucks is usually pretty fast, and of course its good.

Every time I go into target everyone is always so nice.

I’ve never been disappointed in target until today. After a dr visit, I packed up both of my kids (2 year old and 2mo old) and hauled them across town to go to target to print pictures. I print here often and never had any issues. I have printed upwards of 200 photos at a time before. It took about 20 minutes to select my photos (large quantity..180, and you have to individually select the sizes after you click on each photo now), so not only is my 2 month old screaming, but my toddler is now getting very impatient. I get all photos selected and go on to try to check out and it prompts me that I have gone over the 75 picture limit....yes, 75. It took 20+ minutes and 2 screaming kids later to find out there was such a low limit on printing pictures. Anyone who has kids knows how frustrating it is packing everyone up for one errand and then to have such a limit of photos and no suggestion or help from the photo center. There needs to be signs printed and posted at each machine to let possible shoppers aware of this. I left the store highly disappointed that i wasted the time, gas, and energy to get to the store and then to not even be able to print pictures because it would take an insane amount of time to go through that process 3 times AND try to keep kids happy. Not a happy customer leaving this target store this afternoon!!

Its Target. You cant go wrong. I appreciate we have self checkouts now because this place is always packet and if you have one or two items you can spend 20 minutes in line to check out. Wish they hadnt moved from the Mall of the Bluffs but it is a nice store.

Management needs some work on communication skills they clearly can not grasp the fact that they are still selling recalled items that are still on the shelf after being told on three separate occasions! Get it together target.

HORRIBLE experience. Had to do online stopping today as we got giftcards from work, used for christmas shopping, items said available to purchase and pick up today. SO I used my giftcard, now it says 2 items unavailable so there goes 2 of my kids christmas gifts. They refuse to refund or exchange in store have to wait a whole week to get a refund to my giftcard. WHAT A JOKE! Waste of my time. I will never shop there again and I will suggest to my employer to use another store for giftcards due to this horrible experience.

Always great sales on items if you take the time to cruise around the endcaps. Only downside is the only people that ever really seem to ask if I’m finding things okay are the ladies in the beauty dept. I also wish they had the newer Target carts rather than the old ones. Did self check since the lines are always stupidly long and had a problem with an item today, had to ask a girl on the check lanes to help me because the girl assigned to self check was too busy gawking at either her phone or a customers to even notice me or say a word.

I went to print a calendar from the photo center yesterday and my receipt said come back at six so I come back at six and when I get there they say we dont have the rings to finish the calendar but we are getting them tomorrow so I go back the next day and they say I dont have an order placed and they want me to make a new one but they will give me 5 dollars off I spent more than the calendars worth in gas

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience was my first time buying in target and the last one the supervisors treatment last night is a person without ethics does not know how to treat people did not give me a good service, I wanted to take advantage of the specials that I had the store and he didnt give it to me unfortunately he looked annoying and with a disgusting attitude so he didnt want to help me, unfortunately the good customers sometimes give us a bad deal, I shouldnt have left my WALMAR store to go elsewhere to receive bad treatment and service 🥺

I live in Mesa, AZ. Came back here to visit. Stopped by Target for some last minute goods prior to a tailgate for the ISU vs WVU game. Gotta say. The target in Mesa AZ has a better selection of ISU apparel than the target in Council Bluffs Iowa. Pathetic.

As far as Targets go, this is a great store. Solid location, solid service. However, Im a little disappointed they have opted to install self-checkout lines at this store.

I have attempted to purchase toys for my son on three separate occasions. One day, I was able to purchase three little partially wooden toy cars. My son LOVED them, so I went back the following day to purchase more and come to find out they have been recalled however the cashier stated they have been recalled for the last two weeks and they thought they pulled them all from the shelf. I thought, no big deal, handed them back and we left. I come in a week later (today) to see TWO large buckets full of the same wooden toy cars, so I figured it would be alright to buy them again. The manager/lead named Tyler was incredibly rude, stated they were recalled (same thing I heard the week prior), and that we were not allowed to purchase. My son is now crying at this point, and the manager/lead takes it from him. Im extremely dissatisfied. If something is recalled, the item should be pulled immediatly, rather than upsetting their customers when they attempt to purchase.

I went looking for gift cards for a work function. They had what I needed and the service was decently fast.

Favorite place to shop! Clean and very organized. Always go there for one thing and come out with a cart full!

It has most of all things that I need and has some real good sales every week.
