It was a very pleasant experience, the young man that cut my fabric was so helpful. After he cut the fabric he folded the piece so neatly. We were wanting more Christmas fabric and were told it would probably be a little later when they would have more. He also said some of the other stores in the Omaha area would have more.

Usually I’m quite impressed with the selection and prices at JoAnn, but this location has disappointed me to the point that I may not ever come back to this location. On my last trip to this store I alerted them to the fact that their clearance prices of an item were $2 more than it’s regular price. They adjusted the sale for me. Now, I’m back a month later and they’re still selling the same item’s clearance colors for $2 more than the regular price and claiming that it’s a savings!

The shelves at Joann fabrics we very bare today. Maybe they are moving things around, but in one instance the isle was only half full of stuff. On the plus side, they do have a lot of clearance items to look at. We was able to find what we were looking for thank goodness, Joanns fabrics has never let us down before, and. They did not today.

They have a great selection. The employees were amazing . The store was so hot I could not stay in there to shop. I asked why it was so hot and an employee said there had not been AC since May.

Love their sales as well as the quilting fabric selection.

My favorite craft store nearby. I live that they often have certain brands of patterns on sale for $2 (originally around $20). So many fabrics to choose from. They always have a variety of seasonal decor, and lots of fun crafts for children.

I dont know if it was bad timing or if JoAnnes has been affected by supply chain issues -- but, except for the fabric, which was mostly well-stocked, the shelves with craft supplies and decor items were weirdly sparse. (8-9-21) Went to Hobby Lobby, though, and they were fully stocked, so I dont know what the problem is at JoAnnes. Pretty odd.

Found wonderful fall decor; most was reasonably priced.

Highly organized, wonderful, fun loving customer service, and always willing to go the extra mile. I made this two sided weighted blanket with minky fleece and a weighted insert from the store. All with careful and patient explanations from customer care for a first timer. I highly reccomend this store! 💜

Selection was very sparse. When I checked out I was asked if I found what I was looking for. I said not much to choose from The clerk replied I know, the truck comes Wednesday and customers are waiting for the cotton yarn. My thought is why dont they order more?

This store is always clean, organized and full of really helpful people. I appreciate how willing they are to make sure the customer is happy. They also will work hard to make sure you are getting the best coupon discount since Joanne does not allow coupon stacking. Good job everyone!

Staff was not very friendly.

I aced an order online to pick up in-store. We did some shopping before going to get our online purchase. There were 6 or 7 customers in front of us. The cashier called for a second cashier. A second cashier came but stayed through only 1 or 2 customers. He finally came back after about 5 minutes and finished checking out the line of customers. He wasnt checking something in the store for a customer as he completed a customer, left and came back to start a new customer.Online purchase with in store pickup worked great. Would definitely do it again.

Lindsay is so helpful. Every time I pop in with some random project in my head (that even Im not sure about) she takes time to ask questions and find out what would be the best product for be. Patient and very very attentive. Coupons are always fantastic. Great service, great store and its local.

They have about anything you need if you are an arts and crafts kind of person! They have a great app to download on your phone as well that has where you can shop online but also diy project ideas and how to instructions as well! Make sure you take advantage of their sales and coupons! Their labor day sale was amazing! I love their wall decor and all the cute throw pillows and other decor for your home! I am so glad they opened in Council Bluffs!

They always have good sales going on when I come in. Everything is neat and always easy to find. When I need something and I cant find it someone is always close to help locate it. If you havent sign up for the email list they always send good coupons and doorbuster sale items. I definitely will come back to this location when I am in the area.

I had to find a scanner to get prices on almost everything I looked at. No one told you about the app to get discounts til I was checked out. The store was also pretty empty on product.

The store was disorganized (read messy). They were short staffed so the wait for service and checkout was longer than expected (read 8 deep at the fabric country and cash register). Their fabric selections were good and I found what I was looking for.

I like this store it is kind of pricey on some things but they run sales and they are I a good location if your out shopping already. The staff are nice and helpful.. Some hobby stuff isnt there so it isnt like a hobby lobby or as big but for fabric and paints jewelry making scrap booking they got you

I love this store. They have everything if your into crafts, sewing, or knitting. They also have holiday decor for all seasons. Quick service, however, theres so much to look at, its hard to get out of there.

I get they are overworked, but they arent even trying on their customer service skills. Its a real, thats not my job and I dont know attitude and answer when you ask about any item there. Hobby Lobby and online are my new preferred fabric sources. I have visited Joanns weekly for past two months and merchandise selection and employee morale are worse with each visit. Also, they do not clean their carts or provide customers with wipes to clean their own carts.

The staff is always friendly! Ive gotten a lot of advice for my crafts from colour ideas to troubleshooting advice for my sewing machine! They have exactly what I need nearly every time I come in and are willing to help me figure a way to make ends meet when I need it.

Its the only full service fabric store in town. They dont have as much variety as I would like but do have a fairly good selection.

Dont go to this one. The general manager refused to keep me on as a independent contractor for there classes after she let me go as an employee during cut. I was one of the last hired so one of the first to go. She didnt even let me know that she didnt want me a one of their class she said that someone else told her that they told me I was not wanted. Even though my previous class was a success.

Love this place. I know when I ask questions, their staff will be there to help and answer them. They have an so that is great for getting specials and coupons. They even let you stack most of them. I also love that they give a military discount.

Well right when i go in a guy that works there started following me around didnt bother to ask if i needed any help and when i asked where the paint was he gave me a attiude like im not post to be in this store, i felt like he was upset that i was a male and i finale asked how comb when i went to one end of store he went also made me feel upset cause other people were in store and looked like they neede help he couldnt because he was to busy watching me i say to the next josh is his name
