She was more excited about the balloons than her other gifts 🥰 The first thing she did was walked up to hug them when she came home from school. Spent about $50 and got free delivery on my order. We received these on her birthday 3/23 around 1pm, and the picture without her is how good they still look on 3/27 at 10pm! And honestly I ordered them for both of us to enjoy, Im very happy with how they arranged the balloons i selected!

Rather impressive selection of any type of party theme and color scheme you can think of. They have everything from glow sticks, bubbles, little knick knack toys, decorations, table covers, disposable serving tools/trays, balloons, and so much more. Workers were courteous, helpful, and greeted us throughout the store asking if we needed any help- which is always a nice breath of fresh air to encounter good customer service!Prices on items were comparable to other places and online retailers and not expensive or unreasonable.

Very good selection. No people working the floor. If you need something you have to go to the front check out and ask for help after waiting for them to check people out in front of you first. This the only reason for the 4 star rating. Same prices as every place else

I bought some character tin buckets, sign said 50 cents each, rang up $1.00 each. I didnt realize until I was home, 30 miles away. Im not returning for a $2 difference, though. Bought balloons for my sons birthday party, paid for them and had to pick a time to pick them up the next day. Thought great, Ill swing by and pick them up on the way to the party! Wrong!!! I was even a few minutes past the selected pick up time and they hadnt even started blowing up a single balloon yet!!! Why set a time if you arent going to have the job done?!

Great selection. Bad customer service though! They wouldnt take perfectly good product back unless the card used to buy them was present. Im from out of state and its not like I can just go back and return them. My fiance tried but they wanted my card so they could refund the money. Unnecessary in my opinion.

Very disappointed we ordered balloons to be table height and they gave us floor height. Something as simple as that shouldnt be messed up. And we also bought some $12.99!!!!! confetti poppers and some got stuck and wouldnt open. Please fix this problem and make sure all confetti poppers are functional. For that price they should be all working.

Excellent store for party needs. A little high on prices but they have a great selection of items.

Its always clean, the check out people are always nice, and my mom lost her wallet and when I called they answered and we got it back promptly! (With everything still in it!)

When you enter the store clerks greet you and smile. Very clean. The shelves are always stocked and a variety to choose from. I love their clearance aisle, this store is so much fun.

Asked for help with finding tape to wrap a present. Was given directions that did not lead me to said tape. The young lady I asked couldnt be bothered to show me where. Not impressed with customer service or the ability to find a damn in the store.

Went to council bluffs location and had HORRIBLE customer service, no one knew what was going on. I asked one male about the return policy and he said “we do returns, refunds, and exchanges” so after my daughter tried on her costume I asked another lady “if I buy this and run into another costume that she’ll fit better into can I return it ?” Her response was “uh we can do an exchange and that’s about it” I asked another lady about holds, her answer was “I’ll give you 20 minuets” first off I have a 2 year old so you’re going to give me 20 minuets to drive 10 minutes to the next Halloween store and have my daughter try them on all in 20 minuets ?!!!!! So I was talking to another boy about how I’ve heard all different things since I’ve walked in and his response was “well mainly moms plan ahead and order online” my freaking bad for not being one of “those” moms and wanting my daughter there so I know it fits. 🤦🏻‍♀️ finally I just said screw it... ill buy it. As I’m checking out the lady asked for my phone number and its for “just in case I wanted to return it within 24 hrs” I was completely dumbfounded. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Maybe I’ll just turn into one of those moms who plan ahead and order online 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

First time I was ever end this store and I was thoroughly impressed party City has almost anything that you need for a get together no matter what kind of get-together it is they have costumes for every holiday you can think of they have huge balloons and their prices are super competitive I was very impressed with their prices I thought theyd be a lot more expensive than what they are I was impressed by the people that was working there and all the stuff is there it seems like there is a million different things in there and there probably is and they constantly replenished right now they have stuff for Easter and Stockport St patricks.day huge selection anything that you a person would want its one of those stores that you have to visit take the kids with you to they will be in Wonderland I was very impressed!

Council Bluffs store manager is condescending and rude. It was a very humiliating and uncomfortable experience. The cashier who tried to help before the mgr barged into our conversation was extremely helpful, nice, and polite.

Was buying decorations for my daughters 5th birthday. Of course there werent as many items for the decorations we were planning on getting due to the fact that the girl on the decorations just started getting big (JoJo Siwa.) But we got what we needed and everything was on sale for 20% off.

Balloons are so expensive when you can get them cheaper at Dollar tree. They have a great selection though. Ridiculous to have to spend a dollar on a bag to bring your purchased balloons home.

Party City is fairly new here, so their facility is clean and the employees seem to know what theyre doing. The place itself is fairly small compared to some of the ones in Omaha, but I enjoy it.
