I booked a simple haircut over a month ago. When I got there, I was turned away since the stylist was out that day (which happens, I get it). I was annoyed that they didnt contact me, but they were really nice and offered 20% off when I rescheduled.So I rescheduled and got multiple confirmation texts and emails. I went to the store for my appointment and they said that they dont even offer salon services anymore?! So I had to leave AGAIN. Im just absolutely livid that no one contacted me that my appointment was canceled and that I even got a confirmation text that morning. My hair is blue and I absolutely hate it and I have been looking forward to getting the color cut off😭

Very helpful staff, neatly organized merchandise and had many options for me to choose from.

My stylist Mikaela did an excellent job on my cut and color. Couldnt have asked for anything more. Excellent stylist and a nice person. Great experience.

HUGE shout out to Haley, Ellie and the salon crew for helping a wedding party last minute! They really went the extra mile in working with our schedule and make it all smooth for us. I was in there today to get shower gel, one was ringing up as body lotion at $3 more even thought it was shower gel...the manager was so rude and refused to do anything about it! Not the first time something like this has happened, but the last.Oh, the manager at the Lst location was super nice!

Im not huge on buying premium cosmetics but if thats what you like then this is a good place to go. After years and years of just trimming and growing I was fed up with my plain hair. So I called and made an appointment with Hayley (sorry if spelling is off) and she did a fantastic job!! Will definitely be back!

Was just in here about a week ago, went with a friend to look for a new mascara. The store was very busy but the ladies working were doing their best. The one who helped us was very good, dont remember her name but she had amazing nails. Ended up leaving the store with new foundation on her recommendation and I love it! Shop here often as I can and the return policy alone is enough to keep me coming back let alone the help from people who know their stuff.

As a regular patron of the CB location I just need to ask WHY hasnt CORPORATE made Lauren A. @UltaCB -(The longest working and most knowledgeable and valuable staff member) the GM or highest position after all these years.The current manager is wearing pigtails with blue/purple eyeshadow up to her ungroomed eyebrows.To ask the highest person in charge to guide you in the right direction or for advice would be asking to go back to an embarrassing time in the past, instead of a more fabulous time in the future.

Came in for a killer concealer and was not disappointed. The staff made sure I left with the perfect match (plus a few other things 😁). Thank you for helping me spend some birthday money on quality things I love!

Horrible customer serviceTried to return something after being out of commission for a while with cancer! Wouldnt allow me to and they were so insensitive about it! Ulta USED to have great customer service but in the last few years it has just gotten worse and worse.

They have a lot of products. The customer service needs work they never even asked if i needed help. There was 2 customers and 2 employees they were chating and the customers had to go to ask for help and they called someone else from the back to help them.

Love shopping at Ulta for all my beauty needs. Always helpful staff. Great selections.Although sometimes I don’t like to be followed the whole time continuously asking if I’m finding everything ok. I like to browse and look at the new products.

After having a bad experience at another salon, I came to Ulta in Council Bluffs and Ellie took great care of my hair. I told her what I wanted and everything turned out the way I wanted it. I was heading for New York for vacation and I wanted a hairdo that I wouldnt have to do much to make it look great on the go. Great store and something is always on sale. Easy to find and lots of close parking. I live downtown Omaha so this is the best location for me.

My review has been removed but I’ll put it again. I tried calling them before and no answer . Called five times no answer . They were open because I finally drove there to find out. I went inside and called them again. As I hear the phone ringing, five girls that work there were standing and talking . The phone was never answered. I called twice again from inside and it was the same outcome. I don’t know any of their names . But that’s the reason they’re not answering the phone . I still have video proof of it . If I see my review deleted again I will just repost it again

I was in Ulta this past weekend and I got a lot of help from Laryssa which I really liked. I thought she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Then my opinion changed when I heard her and a few other employees gossiping about someone. Hopefully it wasnt a fellow employee or customer because Laryssa especially used very colorful language about this person. I saw this as very inappropriate and quite frankly, it ruined my experience.

Oh my how to express my regrets for going here. I wanted my hair Carmel with blonde highlights. I want to express how I hate my natural color and have not had my hair this color since I was a little girl. Guess what color I got brown no blonde. Cost me 195.00, I will not give them the chance to touch my hair again. I suggest you go somewhere else. For the cost it is defiantly not a professional salon. Go for your other needs just don’t let them touch your hair.

Getting hair done by Anali (superb lady)While getting my hair the store manager (Chrissy) made it abundantly clear that she was a force to be reckoned with. She threw her weight around in reprimanding her staff in front of at least 3 customers getting their hair done. NOT Cool Chrissy!

I am really frustrated. They charge and arm and a leg. I paid 55 for partial highlights which I was talked into!!! and you cant even see them!! I paid 55 for nothing! I was told they would be noticeable. And 22 for a hair treatment which I never confirmed that I wanted. The stylist was nice. And the haircut was ok I guess. Ughhhh!

Gotta say Im disappointed in some of the staff tonight. The manager couldnt be bothered to help me color match cause another employee was waxing her brows. Yeah, Ill go to the mall and get my clinique makeup now. Lost a customer tonight.

I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Ellie, the manager, and her team at Ulta Salon are the most professional and friendly team around! They introduced themselves with a smile and then handed me a water when I sat down in the chair! Ellie listened carefully to what I wanted and took the time to really talk it through with me to make sure we were on the same page! We had so much fun together! We laughed and talked, there was never an awkward silence moment that can happen sometimes. The entire team was warm and friendly and were always there to help eachother out and as I sat for many hours getting my hair done, I noticed it wasnt just me. It was everyone there! They treated all their customers like family! Ellie is so knowledgeable about what is in style and all the different ways to do hair. She really can do just about anything that you want! She took extra time to make sure it was perfect. She also made sure my hair was styled so beautiful when I left! I loved my hair so much that I cried when she turned me around to look at it!! She made my hair look so amazing!! I honestly could not believe how beautiful of a job she did!! She is an amazing person and an amazing leader for her team! The entire experience was so much better than my expectations and my expectations were already pretty high! They really went above and beyond!! The price was amazing as well! You just wont find service like this anywhere else!!I will be going to Ellie for the rest of my life now! My children will go to her along with other family members! I was just in the Ulta store about maybe an hour ago. I live in Omaha, however I just recently figured that the store is closer. I was a little late on returning some of my gifts my girlfriend gave me for Christmas, so I figured today I would do so. I received a huge attitude about returning the products, however I am familiar with policies as I have been shopping at ulta for years . I got store credit, and continued to shop around. The way she treated me was so bad that I was crossing my fingers someone else would check me out, I couldn’t have gotten outta that store any sooner. I don’t think that it was me that she was irritated with, but I would really appreciate it if I hadn’t gotten attitude. Shout out to Alyssa/Laryssa with a Y. Because of you, the Council Bluffs Ulta has lost my business, I’ll stick to going to the one here in Omaha; I get very respectful service on the one out on 144th.

Low product selection....they sldont keep their products stocked which is disappointing so therefore I have to go elsewhere on numerous occasions. I have been a manager of retail and it seems its lacking because a good GM would know how to keep shelves stocked to keep product flying off.

Disappointing customer service, expected to be at least greeted but instead got ignored until check out where the cashier replied with short answers. this has happened many times with each time being a different employee. please hire nicer people with better customer service. !!!

They have a really good selection of Nyx products, which is one of my favorite brands. But it seems that they have a hard time keeping higher end brands like ABH and Tarte in stock. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I paid hundreds of dollars for extensions. The first girl that put them in was fired. The second woman that put them in took 6 hours. When it came time to have them redone she called in sick. Now I am told she is no longer there and they do not have anyone certified to put them in. I was told to try the Ulta in Papillion as they might have someone who can put them in but they are not sure. Terrible customer service. Stay away from this salon!

The young girls in this store are too busy talking to each other rather than help customers I was trying to find a mascara and had to tell the girls four times the brand and features I was looking for and they still absently handed me a totally different brand! Then when I was checking out the girl at the register was again too busy chatting and I had to ask about my account multiple times!! Waste of time!!! I removed almost all my merchandise Ill go to Sephora!
