Went in yesterday looking for something I found on their site that was supposed to be in store & on sale, they were very good about it. I asked about the free gift over $50 that I spotted the sign for while there, they were patient as I looked for something else to get it. I told them Im new in town, the 2 women were very sweet & we exchanged info about our areas. I didnt spend much, but got 2 Star Wars bracelets on sale & the free gift.Would definitely go back here again!

Terrible service! I order a bracelet for my anniversary & needed it by a specific time ( which they knew ) they called me a week and half later telling me the engravement I wanted on the bracelet wasn’t going to be engravable! The staff wasn’t friendly when I asked for a return on the bracelet considering the reason for the bracelet was the engraving on it & also when I ordered the bracelet the staff told me it was engravable! I would not recommend Kay’s!

Love this location. We have gotten quite a bit of jewlery from them and they are always so friendly and are always great with my kids who get antsy when there

Ruined my watch band by removing a link...a brand new watch. Then they act like it wasnt there fault...this place sucks, go spend your money at zales. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! wore it 1 hour and the band fell apart and now they wont replace it.
