They did not start off well from the get go, but since it was Corona Virus Season, I cut them some slack. And they pulled it out in the stretch. I am very happy about how they took care of my 82 year old mother, experiencing hearing aids for the first time. They were nothing but wonderful

I was recommended to have my hearing tested by my daughter. I found out that I am not ready for hearing aids yet, thank goodness I got to see Amanda Frazier! She is the best hearing technician i have ever met. Works very patiently with her patients. So sweet, and interesting, made me want to buy aids, even though i did not need them. I know where ill go in the future when i am rechecked. ASI Council Bluffs, is the best!

Each time I’ve been to that office; I’ve gotten earplugs; ear screens Very friendly staff they do a great job of earwax removal with kids. They do a thorough hearing screening. Staff and the assistants are very courteous and caring.! Which is a biggie in my book! I would definitely recommend them.

I kept hearing a buzz in my ear so I was worried I had a hearing loss. Went in for a free eval and found out I just have tinnitus. The staff is great and took really good care of me.

I have been using this hearing center for 15+ years. I started with Dr Kent Webber who was the owner and an audiologist when he passed away his son took over and he is also an audiologist. I trust them wholeheartedly with my hearing. I have a hereditary hearing loss and am on my 4th set of hearings from them. They only sell quality products and provide great follow up as you need it and routinely too. Hearing aids are expensive I would never recommend buying from a place that doesn’t have a Dr of audiology on staff. In my experience the others are just trying to sell you something and it may not be worth the money. Here they will give you a thorough test and provide you with reputable service.

I was having trouble hearing in my left ear. I was tested by Dr. Webb and he answered all of my questions. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I am so glad I chose ASI to help me get my hearing aides! Theyre so friendly there and I only had to wait 2 weeks to receive them!

I want to thank Dr Michael Webb from ASI hearing in redoak for taking the time and going over my hearing test from the VA and apologizing for the misunderstanding of his staff and his office for what happen to me a few weeks ago.
