Best pool place in town. They work hard to get your pool working.Cant think of a better place.. summer fun installation, they stayed on it with me also.

Crooks! Do not buy a pool liner from this company. We went into the store and purchased a 25 gauge (25 year warranty) pool liner and had it installed. After they installed the liner I looked at the box and found it was a 15 year liner. I called Art and was told that they accidentally grabbed the wrong box, so to make up the price difference, they offered chemicals. I asked Art to please have the owner call me to discuss this error. When the owner called, he said they were not going to offer anything. He said they did not have the liner we paid for.. We had a friend who was having Pools Plus come out next week to also install a new liner. We warned him so he would not be scammed by this company.

They were absolutely amazing to work with. We were first time pool buyers. Art walked us through everything. He communicated to us through the whole process. I got a better quality pool for $3000 less than I was quoted at other stores. They provided all the accessories and even provided chemicals. You cant go wrong working with them!!!

Bought a house with a pool that was already closed up for the winter. Called to ask for advice and they told me to bring in a sample is the water and explained everything in detail to me on how to open up my pool. They were so helpful and kind! Told me to call if anything goes wrong and they’d want me through the problem. 10/10 recommend!

After seeing mainly good reviews, I thought Pools Plus would be a good place to start as a new pool owner. I came in and one person was I the office and the other on the phone....no biggie. I shopped around a bit. When the gentleman on the phone got off he asked if I needed something. Came across a little rude, but I brushed it off. When I proceeded to tell him I was a new pool owner and needed a ton of help and needed pretty much everything for my intex pool I was told we dont do anything with Intex. I understand that you may not carry intex pools or parts, but chemicals, cleaning products, etc. Can still be used. I came in prepared to buy a sand filter, ladder, chemicals, skimmer, and some toys. I left with nothing and went straight to the other pool store in CB. I even attempted to ask questions and was given very short non informative answers. I am disappointed as I was recommended to them by someone who spoke very highly. Its possible it was the rep that helped me, but I definitely felt like if I didnt purchase a pool from them that I didnt deserve assistance.

We bought a home in Bennington and were told by the sellers that Pools Plus had serviced it. So we called two weeks prior to our move to ask if someone could come out and teach us how to keep the pool up and running. They said “sure, we’ve got you on the schedule and we’ll call the day before to confirm.”We moved in on a Tuesday, and my wife called them 5 times about our appt that was supposedly scheduled for the next day- left 3 voicemails - no return call- on the 4th call she got through and was told “oh, we don’t do that kind of thing. You need to call Art.” She called Art, and he never called her back.- I called on Wednesday morning and left a voicemail - no return call.- My wife called twice again on Wednesday to confirm that they were coming out b/c no one had shown up, as of 3:30.- I called back and finally got through to someone who said, “we can do that for 159 bucks,” to which I asked to talk to someone. This guy transferred me to Art who attempted to help over the phone. I explained that I had never worked around a pool and really wanted someone to come out and show us the ins and out of the pool like my wife had arranged. I was shot down and told I can bring a water sample in and that they have tons of pools to show me how to work with it.I’m disappointed in1) a lack of follow through on the commitment to come out to the house2) the way that they spoke to my wife3) the lack of desire to serve us as a customer that have a pool that had been opened and closed by them, which won’t happen again with us.I wish that they would recognize that not everyone knows what they are talking when it comes to a pool. I, for one, am nervous around it because I don’t want to mess it up. I am more than willing to pay to have someone come educate me if that’s what it takes.

Bought above ground pool last year and had a couple of problems. They came and fixed the problem right away. Very professional and would recommend them to anyone

I had pools plus install my pool and I was very happy with install. As far as after the sale I would not recommend doing any of the winterizing or opening your pool in summer. They literally charged me $175 to open my pool and was here for 5-10 mins just unscrewed a plug, and piped off my slimmer cover and hooked up the pump. So I would say Do NOT have this service done. No adding water or turning on the pump????

Very impressed!!!! We bought an above ground pool from a different company and was going to have that company install. Horrible experience, absolutely horrible!! I found Pools Plus online and contacted them to see if they could do our install of a pool we bought from another company. They do!!! They squeezed my install in such short notice. I received phone calls to let me know when they were coming and also of a rain delay. My ground was finished being level and the pool was up in less then a day. If I could give 10+ stars I would!!! I will use them for every pool need that I have from now on. Highly recommend!

They have always treated us well and we love the pool they installed for us. They are very helpful for us being 1st time pool owners! We would definitely recommend Pools Plus!

These dudes help me out on a regular basis. For being a first year pool owner, Im glad I didnt go with anyone else. The install was great. In store purchases are a pleasure. Cant say enough good things about them.

We bought our old pool over 16 years ago. Last year because of hail damage we had to replace it. I wish we had known about Pools Plus then! Today I went there to get our water tested & to buy chemicals. I was beyond thrilled when I walked in & was met by a familiar face from the past, Gary! We have been buying our pool supplies & chemicals from him for years at his former locations. He changed careers for a couple years & we are so very happy he is back! Quality products, honest, knowledgeable answers, competive pricing & excellent customer service are what you will get from the staff at Pools Plus!!

Very disappointed. They had advertised Hoverboards for Christmas. I spoke to someone last week and left my contact information for them to reach me when they received a new shipment. I discovered when I called back today 12/23/2016 that they did indeed get a new shipment and have sold out again. The gentleman I spoke to didnt seem very concerned in the level of customer service or how this reflected poorly on their business. Hope they have a better level of customer service for their core business.
