I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT have these people design anything even remotely custom for your kitchen (its WAY out of their league). They had to order an island cabinet (3) times because we kept receiving the wrong one- which delayed my home build and cost me a fortune in returning installer fees. Lora also ordered me the wrong built-in microwave and trim kit size for the cabinet she ordered. It was sitting two inches off of my island and framed in black plastic- she had told me it would be flush with a stainless trim kit. We couldnt use it in the space but because the installer unboxed it, Coventry Lumber appliances wouldnt accept a return and we ended up losing $500 plus dollars due to their error. We had to use a custom microwave trim kit manufacturer to correct the issue. She has absolutely NO CLUE what shes doing and they made no concessions or offers to correct her mistakes. We also had to pay someone to custom fit our wooden hood insert because she didnt realize we had ordered the wrong size insert for the larger hood size we switched to during the design phase. We had to pay an additional $400 dollars to get it customized to fit because we couldnt return it to the appliance store after it was unboxed. All and all, she cost my husband and I over $1500 in correction-related costs and Coventry Lumber did absolutely nothing-- zero accountability. We will be sure to share this experience with everyone we know. Just horrible, zero care for people, truly disappointing.
Wow what a train wreck. I bought my kitchen cabinets here in 2014 and it was a great experience. The woman I worked with left. My boyfriend and I just went in there and walked out ten minutes later. The woman helping us actually told us she has no idea what she was doing and was new to the business. She was very stressed out and seemed to unravel before our eyes. It went from bad to worse in the next 10 minutes and we left to go somewhere else. I should have known better. When I called she said “it’s just a bath vanity. It’s not rocket science. We have a stack of customers and are very busy”.
Went in 2 weeks ago to buy a laundry set i wanted a speed queen after doing my own research i couldnt say enough about the help i got from dave in appliances he said that they were waiting on dryer shipment and they would deliver washer in 2 days but dryer would be a couple of weeks well they showed up with both on delivery day to my surprise and i was very happy now 2 weeks later i just wanted them to know that i love love love this speed queen set its so quiet doesnt make any vibrations and clothes smell extra clean if you need new laundry go see them they are one of the few dealers of this brand i will never shop at big box stores for eiip again glad we have this little jewel in our town thanks christine

False advertising. Product departments state fencing and an aluminum manufacturer. Store sales say they dont carry fence. Call before you come here.
Been dealing with this company since 5-6-20, for a front door. As of yet I still dont have a price or any answers to questions. Door has been selected but cant get a price. Nobody there has answered. Worst customer service ever.
Not just one experience behind this rating. Be persistent. If you are not called back be proactive and keep calling. Dont trust leaving a message either.
Never again will I trust these guys!! an absolute billing nightmare!! Mistakes were made on their end but they never took responsibility, Was givin a quote and on my end nothing ever changed, But the bill keeps changing and charges keep being added. They say they take care of it and that’s never done. I never write bad reviews but I feel I have reached out and nothing gets resolved, This has been the worst experience I have ever had building anything. Sorry guys but this needed to be said.

I am a little behind in writing this review. Our kitchen was remodeled in March 2016, but as I was telling my husband this evening how pleased I am with the updates to our kitchen, it reminded me to write a review about Coventry Lumber. We met with Tina Diggle who was very helpful as we looked at sample after sample of cabinets. Tina was knowledgeable and extremely helpful during our decision process. We went to numerous showrooms and did not have the same service that we received with Coventry Lumber. One showroom we visited wanted a nonrefundable charge to simply measure our walls and provide consultation on colors in certain lighting. No charge from Coventry Lumber. Thank you Tina and Coventry Lumber for a wonderful experience on such a major project. I will certainly pass along our experience to family and friends who are thinking of home improvements. T.
