Not very polite or professional!! The cashier literally ignored me as she held a conversation with a friend! And when the friend finally left she didn’t greet me with a nice salutation, but instead nodded in my direction!! Really poor customer service, and it really made me feel as if she treated me that way because I’m a person of color!!
Overall the customer service is terrible, I honestly avoid this Walgreens at all costs (unfortunately, my job used this location to send me work related material). The parking lot is always empty and its apparent why....the workers dont care for the company, the customers, their job, and probably dont care very much about their lives. For example: I came into contact with a very unprofessional and rude older black woman had an attitude with me because I asked her if there was a dolly to load my FedEx package unto. I used a shopping cart while I held my infant daughter and pushed the package to my car. I am definitely reporting this location and that rude older lady!
Fast, friendly and professional! A lady spoke to us as soon as we walked through the door. She checked us out in photo. I really thank you guys for your professionalism!
As someone who has a medical condition that requires my medication be taken DAILY and has been waiting for an insulin refill for 3 days this pharmacy is a joke. I have called multiple times on multiple days to find out the status of my prescription that the doctor said was sent last week but apparently this pharmacy does not have. The terrible thing is they won’t even pick up the phone and say Hi thank you for calling Walgreens may I place you on hold? Nope. You call in and you can hear someone pick up the phone and immediately put you on hold. After 35 minutes of hearing someone pick up and put me back on hold (never greeting me) I hung up. I called my doctor and had my prescription sent to CVS. I suggest you do that too.
First off I have been calling all morning to speak with pharmacist about prescription and they just keep picking up the phone and placing it back on hold with out saying a word then the phone rings until the call hangs up. Call back spoke to “supervisor “ who claims they have been busy and was able to check on my prescription which I learned has been there since April and No one called to inform me it was ready.. Tried calling back to get the price and is having the same problem pick up and immediately placed on hold. No one has answered just placing ppl back on hold.. Calling supervisor for 2nd time this is Ridiculous. This store is always empty so there is no way that they busy doing vaccinations
My husband and I had a terrible experience with Walgreens. First of all, my husband called many times and couldnt get anyone on the phone. Finally when he used the automated system, it told him that his meds would be ready at a certain time.When we got there, we had to wait in a very long line, we were the seventh car. Once we got up to the window, the clerk said they didnt have the medication ready. Im going to see about getting his meds at another Walgreens.If it were me I would switch pharmacies. I swear their service is getting consistently worse as time go on.
Prescriptions disappear without being filled, when I call to find out was on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on. I simply called the dr and had the prescription moved to the cvs across the street.
I asked the cashier Janice to check the prices of some products... She scanned 3 items and some when she scanning them have a discount but they were marked with regular price on the shelf.... I asked the price of another 2 items and she said NOO the prices are on the shelf label... Then I told her mam some items scanned a different price than the label on the shelf... she angry said she would not scan it.... Be careful when you want to know a price because JANICE does not like to check it for you
Terrible Pharmacy Tech with the Afro and tatoos all over her. She has zero. customer service skills and speaks with hand gangster gestures.Her vocabulary is very limited in expressing what Walgreens problems were concerning my prescription not being rectified concerning a failed network. I had the insurancehowever their system was not communicating to Cigna. So I paid. She wasnt fluent enough to translate. Allana, another Tech did very well in sympathizing and explainining. ..considering it was from false alerts...my second visit at that. As a former manager myself, I have never nonchalantly greeted a customer by looking away. The manager seems just as absent ..she has poor communication as the Afro gangster. My community can do better
I got my second Pfizer Covid shot there. Thanks Walgreens.
Went in to drop a package off for pickup for fed ex. as soon as I walk in the door the manager or whoever the lady was. asked if it was for pickup or delivery. I said delivery. she started to tell me that they couldnt take it cause it was bigger that 36x36. in which it was right at 36 tall but only 20wide and 6 thick and 36lbs. I proceeded to tell her that I drop of all the time in which I do as I use Walgreens for all my fed ex shipping for my shop. She then proceeded to tell me Whatever with a attitude and walked off to get the scanner cause she would take it but wasnt suppose to. and as she is scanning it she is asking the other associate where the policy card was that was suppose to be displayed on counter. well after getting to my shop and looking up what Walgreens policy was I find it to be 48x2525 and 55lbs. so obviously your manager or whatever she was dont know the policy and should be instructed of the correct policy before trying to tell customers the wrong information.
Horrible rude
I tried to refill a prescription this morning. The pharmacy tech and I went back and forward about the prescription. So she put me on hold. Then eventually hung up. I called back but she wouldnt pick up. They can see whose calling.
I cant believe how slow the service is. It takes forever to get service at the pharmacy. Dont even attempt the drive up.
Called to request wether or not this location stock a product. spoke with Pauler, she was vary polite and went above what I feel others would have to assist us. I will continue to shop here whenever in town and know my family that resides in town will also after hearing about my interaction with her today.
Wish I could give a ZERO. photo dept is awful. Pictures were supposed to be ready by 2:54. It is now 4:43 and they were just laying there STILL needing to be cut. And waiting almost 10 minutes for a photo person while the checkout guy had to stop helping me to check out customers.
They are refurbishing this location and that is a good thing because it really needed it.
The ladies in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me find the medication I needed for my daughter. Great customer service!
The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially the pharmacy staff! There are even certain over-the-counter medicines available at the pharmacy drive-thru window!
