If you do have a problem of any kind, the customer service will do everything in their power to correct it or make it right. Great inventory.

I have dealt with Theatre House for years and years, primarily when ordering supplies for high school musicals, dance schools, and fabric samples and fabric to make dance costumes. The staff always has been wonderful, helpful for me to bounce ideas off when I needed an alternative, and my orders always arrive promptly. During this pandemic, I have switched my sewing to making face masks, and there has been a crazy shortage of elastic. Reached out to Theatre House and have placed elastic orders not only for myself as a volunteer, but on behalf of our volunteer group in Pa. called Sewing for Angels Todays Rosie (and Ross) the Riveters. Everyone at Theatre House has been wonderful and it is great to be able to support a community business. For all the years, but especially during this past month, thank you, Theatre House employees!

Honestly, I first heard about Theatre House when looking for supplies to make masks for my community, but I have been really pleased by the quality of the materials and the fast shipping. Products were bundled and shipped with great care, and I have ordered from here a few times. They have a wonderful setup during this Covid 19 time. I paid for everything online. A gentleman came out to my car wearing a mask, stayed back to ask my name. He came back out with my order in a bin so that he could stay back while I removed it from the bin and off I went. Safe and efficient!

This is a great resource to have so close to home when working on theatre productions. Im in southern Ohio, and when ordering online from their excellent inventory, I usually have my order arrive within 48 hours.They are knowledgeable and helpful when you have questions, and have great phone and internet customer service.
