Walked in, spoke with CSR asked for lumber, gave measurements, paid for purchase, went to building C, received lumber, returned 🏠 home, very happy. I will continue to be a customer. Thanks 😊

I would have gave 1 star but there was a younger employee that was able to help me with what I needed. Also the worker at the pickup was good as well. However the other two employees behind the counter completely ignored me even when I had returned for a second time to purchase more items. Sad too, I would have used them again and probably recommended them to some friends.

UPDATE:The problems just keep coming. We have had a problem with nearly every single thing we did. We spent $30k with them and ultimately we were treated like trash. It seems like they are happy to help you if they can pass costs on to manufacturers and blame someone else but they just lie, disrespect, and overcharge.I would go into it but literally everything we bought had several issues and those issues turned into more issues. Even their “fixes” ended up making things worse!From now on I’m sticking with big box stores. At least I know what I’m in for and there is always another boss you can work with.Original review: We spent a good amount of money here on kitchen cabinets and this company appreciated it and stood behind every problem we encountered.Yes, some of the problems were related directly to an employee at the store but the swiftly and decisively made it right. They also kept on making it right.I would say even if you pay a slight bit more here you will get a company that stands behind their service and products. That you can’t get at big box stores!Dave in kitchen cabinets was absolutely awesome!

Although a bit off the beaten track, this place is well worth it. Right off the bat this place can not only meet all your lumber and hardware needs but If by chance you cant find what you need they will even send you to a competitor if need be because they above all want their customers to be happy and well serviced. If you need ideas then they have a great design showroom that will leave you dazzled! They may cost just a bit more but their quality makes it worth every cent. As always, Enjoy!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Hands down excellent! They were early early and worked in two days to get my windows installed! Jim Steele was a pleasure and showed up with the installers to make sure everything was smooth!

Dont bother or waste your time. Stopped in on a Monday morning to see about a patio door replacement. 1 customer in store and multiple employees - had to wait for someone to notice us. Salesperson said they didnt know about patio doors and had to get someone else. Rough quote of ~$2400 for door and installation but couldnt be sure - the two experts were either at lunch or out on a site visit, they would get back to me. Only 1 Anderson door to be shown and no other options. Get a call back hours later that they initial estimate was way-off and that it was $3300+. Didnt even bother to call back.Customers need accurate information and to be served in an expedition manner if taking the time to visit a retail establishment in this day and age. This store offers neither.

Nice array of cabinetry, hardware and plumbing fixtures. A good place to get ideas as to options. Will go there again when we start to redo the kitchen.

Primarily a service station with kitchen displays . Models for decking, siding, windows . Large lumber storage area . Quality tools, limited selection . Was looking for kitchen cabinet hindges, they suggested I go to Bugies in Cincinnati on colerain . Pleasant helpful staff . I wasnt discriminated against or talked down to hardly because Im a woman .
