I am from NY moving to KY. I had to get furniture pretty quickly because my lease was signed. I didnt have any place to sleep but the carpet. So I went to Sims and saw it by chance. Once I walked it I was greeted by Tyler. Tyler not only greeted me...He is the one who helped me get everything from a mattress to a sofa to pillows. This man was working so hard I wanted to buy him a coffee lol. He personally, with his crew, are helping me out to move in my amazing new furniture and I couldnt be happier! Everything was so smooth and easy going. Great place and I will be a customer in the future for more apartment goods. Thank you!

We had a great experience at Sims in Covington. Jessica was great to work with while in the store helping us to try to find the exact thing we wanted. We even found a piece of the furniture collection on another site and she researched to see if they could order it for us. She was up front about delays in receiving furniture we had to order and even called us back before we finalized our purchase to inform us the order would probably be later than she originally thought once she checked with the manufacturer.

I took my daughter in to look at some furniture for her new place, Jessica was very helpful. The process was very fast and easy and she got approved for financing with no problem.

Unfortunately I was racially profiled, I overheard the man working at one of the front desks say, “Make sure you watch where she’s going she might try to steal lol, like they try to do” which I do not understand this comment considering this is a furniture store and I don’t understand how one could steal from a furniture store. I did not find the humor in this comment. Despite this inappropriate comment I continued with my purchase of a deep freezer that stopped working within 3 months. I called this store and described my problem and they said there is nothing they can do and hung up the phone. I tried to call back and no one would answer for a week so I gave up.

I bought a hybrid mattress and I had it delivered last week. The delivery company that delivered my mattress dragged it and the plastic was open at the bottom, they left but left the plastic on the box spring and mattress so I didnt realize that my mattress was filthy from them dragging it on the ground. I immediately called the general manager to let him that this occured, Matt said that he would contact the delivery company but I never heard back from him AND he never apologized or olfer any compensation for the incovenience. It seems like they were more in my money then keeping me as a customer.Poor customer service and unprofessionalism. They will never see another penny from me again!!!!!

Enchanting Christmas window displays! Sims should be recognized for how many people they bring to Covington just to see their windows. It has become a tradition for my Grandkids like Shillitos was when I was a child. The kids LOVE it!

Super nice, not pushy. Bought a stove and now a freezer. We bought the freezer during covid so we delayed picking it up. They stored it in the warehouse for 6 months and never charged extra. Theyve been nothing but kind to me and mine. Im looking forward to the christmas display to take my grandkids to see it. Thanks everyone that works there.

I have been a customer of this store for over a year. Unfortunately my refrigerator went out. I came into Sim’s on Madison Ave and was greeted by Ms. Linda who was just awesome. Decent place to get furniture, other than getting it delivered and it being broke and taking a week or so to get the furniture replaced, they don’t seem to care much about customer Satisfaction but it is what it is lol.
