Poor quality work and a lack of pride in what they do. They perform work without letting you know they dont have the correct parts for the job, and they hand you a finished product that is substandard and does not meet your needs.

I stopped in to see if they could help with some pipe fittings to adapt a few metric connectors to an new NPT valve. Sure enough, Chris at the Covington location was more than helpful and supplied me with what I needed to get a foreign log splitter back up and running. Thank you MH!

Fast work. They made up custom hoses while I wait. Planning on going back tomorrow for another one.
