I must agree. Poor service. Used to be much much better. Also FYI there IS an old lady shes in her 50s so old is a perspective. But she is VERY aggressive with customers and co- workers alike. She seems angry. They need proper training with prioritizing and need to focus on one customer at a time. These workers seem stressed like their asked to do too much. I dont know. Maybe they are all just on edge working next to the angry lady. 🤔

Nothing but great experiences. Yes its a pawn shop, but for me its a great gun store. Great service, they really go out of their way to make the customer happy.

If you have anything of value, take the time to drive to Grand Junction. Not only does he low ball anything you bring in, but he has no idea what the value of anything is. Then he is rude and petty about it. Just a tip, when someone brings in something that you can make easy profit from, loan them enough where it makes it hard for them to get the merchandise back or at least where you can make money off the monthly interest. The worst pawn shop Ive ever been to. Oh, and the owner is obviously the only person that can make a decision on a pawn........because everyone else there is incompetent? Like he has any clue what is valuable, if it doesnt go bang. Where is it written that pawn shops have to be inconsiderate people? isnt it a business? shouldnt you treat people like they are customers, not low life scum that are begging you for money. Its a loan and the merchandise is collateral. They arent asking for a handout. Just because its not a gun doesnt mean it doesnt have worth.

I’ve been in this pawnshop five times every time I’ve been in there I’ve had a horrible experience. These people have no people skills, very poor customer service, One time I went in there and I had a talk to an old lad,y she treated me like you’re stupid she also seemed hostile, she hates her job or something. I recommended not to go to this pawnshop but to go to Plan B the other pawn shop down the road. Where they treat you like a human being. One time I went over there to see if I could put something on consignment they said it wasn’t good! I’m sorry in $800 gun isn’t Goodnuf for your shop. Avoid these people they’re not worth doing business with. I refuse to go back into the business and give them any of my money ever! There’s also really nice shop on Main Street that sells guns and hunting licenses with real people.
