Cant rave enough about the folks who work here, and the owners truly care about their customers. There are no pushers here, they listen to you and work within what YOU know you can handle with payments, not what they say you can handle! An amazing lifetime warranty program with most vehicles AND extras during the first year had me like woah. As a single female I appreciated the honesty across the board, from my trade in vehicle to the final little details and everything in between. Even if I leave the area, I will use Victory Motors of Craig again, they are worth the trip!

Victory Motors of Craig made my first purchase of a Ram 3500 very enjoyable. As soon as I walked in the door Victorys team greeted me with enthusiasm. Right away they handed me the keys of a great vehicle to take for a spin. Once I made my decision to purchase the 2021 Ram 3500 Victorys team made the process very quick and simple. They got right to work finding the right financing and discounts to help save my wallet. They also made what seemed like a book of paperwork very straightforward and uncomplicated. After all the paperwork was taken care of, they showed me all the features my truck had to offer so that when I pulled out of the lot I was ready to hit the road with a big smile on my face.

Allie is an amazing service manager! I normally use a jeep place in Golden, but when the jeep broke down in Craig I went to Victory. Allie completely understood my situation and worked as fast as possible to get things fixed in a safe manner.

To the owners of Victory Motors, Thankyou for employing such quality people, we could not have asked for a more pleasant greeting than we had from service writers Ali Rowe and Brandon Bullock who were both respectful and knowledgeable ref our concerns about our 2017 Ram dually with only 30000 miles Ali arranged an inspection by service tech Aaron, parts were ordered and we were booked in for the repair as soon as they arrived . Service tech Aaron explained the problem to me and how long it would take to repair, Ali then arranged a car for me to use, 5hrs later I was on my way home (repair done) 1st class service by truly professional people (the shop floor is as clean as the showroom, and how nice it was of Aaron (service tech to take the time to talk to a customer) We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership !!!

Honestly there are not enough positive things I could say about everyone at Victory Motors! I just purchased my 3rd vehicle through them! I will never go elsewhere for my car needs! Eric and Wyatt are hands down the best and have made each experience with them better than the last!!!!

I was extremely pleased with the service at Victory Motors. I had an appointment for a Friday and decided to drop the vehicle off late Thursday. On the way, there, my Jeep’s fuel pump finally gave out and left me stranded with the temperature dropping into the low 20’s. I called Victory and the service manager helped me get a tow truck, but he wouldn’t get me there until after hours. So, they took care of setting up a rental without ever meeting me, and it was waiting for me when I finally got there. The next day, the let me know the estimate, which was more than fair, and a few days later I was able to retrieve my repaired vehicle. They turned what could have been a very bad situation into a Victory. Thanks.

I will never return to this dealership. Where does my wife work? You dont know, what do you know about any of your neighbors or fellow Americans. My wife works at a nursing home and has seen more death in the past 6 months that she can handle. Not one employee had a mask on. In Colorado Masks are required, not only that but they have numerous signs at this dealership which state masks are required. The lack of consideration for others is sickening. This dealership should lose its license and should have all cooperate ties cut.

I dropped a complicated mechanical issue on Victory and they came through amazingly. Due to Covid-19 the transmission valve body that failed was nowhere to be found in the US! Oh, did I mention I was 380 miles from home. Two weeks later Im back home and the truck, with my camper on, performed perfectly on the return trip crossing 5 high country mountain passes. I cannot express how much Brandon and the service team helped me this weekend. My family drove our living quarters horse trailer to Craig for my daughters high school rodeo competition. I unhooked the trailer and drove into town for supplies. My 2016 Cummins went into limp mode. It’s 5:20pm on Friday when I get it to Victory. Brandon and his one service tech saved the day, and replaced a solenoid pack in the transmission and got our truck back on the road. Thank you guys sooooo much!!!!!! I start a new job on Monday and would have been stuck in Craig, 4 hours from my home in Frederick, CO. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

When I purchased my 2014 RAM EcoDiesel out of state, I looked for almost a year for a decent dealership in Colorado to service my new truck. After many mediocre experiences, I decided to try Victory Motors in Craig. Over the past few years they have been consistently wonderful to work with on all levels; transparency of work needed, timeliness, professionalism, depth of mechanical expertise, kindness and friendliness, and of course price-wise I can count on them to always, always be fair. By far, the very best dealership Ive EVER found anywhere. I thank my lucky stars that we have these guys nearby to take care of us!!!!! So grateful for your team Carl. :)

One thing I dont like is to be lied to. These guys are not honest, and completely low balled me on my trade-in. I just saw my trade-in advertised, and they are asking 6X more than what they gave me. They lied straight to my face on the value of my car.

In late July we stopped by because our Ram Promaster had a check engine light on. We had also had a rock chip that developed the night before. They fixed the rock chip in no time and reassured us that the check engine light was something that could wait to be repaired when we got back home. They were friendly and honest. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Told on the phone price was flexible. Drove 2 hours to be insulted on my trades and given the sticker price. Also truck was super dirty and check engine light was on- buyer beware!

I have done business with Sean Murphy a few times and let me tell you, dont go to anyone else. If you want someone to show you what professionalism looks like hes your man. He has always delivered on his promises. 10/10 will come back.

Too expensive

Since it was asked, I was beyond frustrated with the service department. My wheel seal was leaking. I had a scheduled appointment, I got a call asking if it could be moved.. I informed them that I had to drive to Salt Lake City in the 2 days. Advisor said he would fit me in to the schedule, promised it would be done the next day at noon. Took my jeep in I got a call that they couldnt get the work done until noon the day after, the day I had to go to Salt Lake. Begrudgingly I accepted, arrived right at noon and my jeep still wasnt done. I walked out angrily, with the service manager on my tail tormenting me, we argued, he told me to start going to steamboat. I waited outside for my jeep took the keys from the tech (friendly guy) and left. Steamboat Motors takes good care of me now. I reported the dealer to chrysler corporate since I didnt get a survey that would affect the dealers CSI. After all my years of experience in the automotive industry and my past experience as a Chrysler technician Ive never seen a dealership treat someone this way. I dont think this can be made right, so long as the service staff up front remains, Im not using your dealership.

I know exactly where Im going when Im ready to buy. Sean has REALLY dedicated time answering all of my questions without pushing a sale on me. Buying my next vehicle is important to me and they get that! I look forward to doing business with them.

Our experience with Victory Motors was the worst we have ever had with a dealership. We took our truck to them after a friend recommended them to us. They had our truck for 5 months. When we got our truck back, we were appalled at the work. There were parts that they didnt even touch, claiming they didnt know how. They broke a major part and didnt tell us. There isnt enough space to describe all the issues with it. We had to take our truck to another dealership to be repaired which cost us more time and more money. Our experience was VERY stressful, VERY discouraging, and VERY costly. Our expectations are simple, do the job and do it right.

The BEST dealership experience to date. I was having car troubles with my Chevy and was stranded in Craig. Jair and the staff went above and beyond, staying late, to make sure that I could get into a different car and on the road home and safe. I even got a phone call to see if I made it home and how the car was doing. Salesmen weren’t pushy at all and let me drive 5 different vehicles until I made up my mind. Would reccomend these guys to everyone! 10/10 experience!

Well Ill give them 5 star for being really nice and friendly for sure.But I can say is Ive had my car in the service department a grib of times to have oil change to a transmission fixed they did great. I HAD MY CAR IN CAUSE THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS BARLEY BLOWING IVE TOOK IT THERE TWICE PAID 100 BUCKS FOR DEDUCTIBLE AND IT BLOW A LITTLE HARD AND GO BACK AT ONE TIME THE SAID CABIN AIR FLITER DIRTY WELL CHANGE THAT WITH THE OIL I SAID OK AND YET AGAIN NOTHING. AFTER DEAL WITH THIS ISSUES AENTS LAST SUMMER I HAD A Friend who is said look at the canin fliter and changed it out and guess what my air blows like it should a 15 dollar fix after 200 so I think they charged me and never changed it so ya

I was passing through Colorado when my truck broke down. I was in a rush to get back on the road. I went to Victory Motors and met Sean. He had me in a new Ram in no time. BEWARE BROKEN PROMISES AND HORRID SERVICE Everything was fine until I actually got the car. I was guaranteed 2 things: 1) the corrosion on the battery would be cleaned off and 2) the car would be detailed. Both of which I asked about multiple times. They dumped some water on the corrosion to wipe it off (still see all of it around the battery leads) and the drivers side door handle was still sticky with spilled soda pop while the passenger side was full of mustard. Mud, crud and spots everywhere. They didnt even run it through a car wash. Would never go back again. When I called, the sales person was never available and never called me back. They got their money and dont care.
