Madi and Cole were great, they fit me into the schedule got me the tires I needed at a great price. Very personable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! More companies should hire people like them, and by the way they should probably get a raise.

Maddie saved my backside. This was the only place in the Steamboat / Craig area that didnt try to extort every dollar in my bank account. I needed 2 tires. It was an emergency and in a smaller town that means paying 2 to 3 times what you should. Not here. Maddie made sure I was taken care of and was able to return home in time for my 19th anniversary.

Stopped at this Big O Tires location after losing air quickly out of one tire and stopped to see if they would look at. Done pretty quick, and no charge to fix what was a nail in my tire. I have had consistent good service from Big O Tires in New Mexico, Colorado ( Greeley is where I am from), and Montana. Friendly and helpful. I appreciate it.

Rabbit ears pass was all my brakes could take and no shop in Steamboat Springs could even take a look on a Friday before 330, let alone get them fixed before I leave on Sunday. Cole promised he could get me in and fixed if not same day, early Saturday. He bumped a couple of customers(which werent in a hurry) and got me back on the road just after 330! Maddie was very sweet and loaned me her phone charged to keep me from having to go to Wal Mart to buy a new one. Very glad I made the hour-ish drive. Thanks so much for saving my Vacation!!

I recently bought a set of tires from Big O in Arizona. I developed a slow leak while travelling through Colorado so called the local store. They got me in with no appointment and fixed it promptly at no charge. Kudos to Big O Tire!

After wasting my time with 3 Tire stores in Steamboat Springs Colorado, one that told me they could fix my tire at 11 a.m. and tell me they couldnt fix it at 5 p.m. on Friday, I went to Big O Tires on Saturday. They were able to fix my tire in 20 minutes and get me on the road as I had a flight to catch in Denver. I received great service and employees had a great attitude at this store.

Removed screw and repaired tire fast. Had me back on the road under a hour!

We were in Craig when a tire on my 5th wheel trailer went flat. I brought it in for repair on a Friday morning when they were very busy. They showed me that the tire was not repairable and presented a very fair price to replace it. Within an hour I had my new tire and continued on my Journey. Very friendly people. Prices were affordable.

Very surprised when the bill was a lot more than what I expected. They added a warranty that was not explained to me when I purchased the tires. Then the person that checked me out couldnt explain the chargers on the bill he had to get someone else to explain it. Been going here for many years never had a problem until today.

Always used this place, however until today. 4 hours waiting for 4 tires changed out and an alignment check. One of the tires doesnt even have a cap. $43 doesnt include a cap I guess. Tires were bought from them last year. Good luck. Well use somebody else from now on.

After my family and I have used this place for many years, we will no longer be using them anymore. The recently hired employee will in no way be allowed anywhere near our vehicles. Cannot imagine a well established business hiring its recent employee. Horrible business guys. You have lost the business of my entire family that have used you for years old and young, but no more.. I do hope you make better choices in the future.

Waiting to get an oil change

Experienced a tire issue while visiting family in Craig. These guys were super helpful and quick in getting it resolved. Thanks guys! Will definitely be using Big O for future needs.

Well, lesson learned. I needed my tires balanced, and between craig and steamboat there is one big o and no discount tire. So I was in Steamboat and there was no place that I could get the balance done, so I look on Google and low and behold there is a big O and Craig. So I drive the 40 or so miles over to Craig and go to get my tires balanced, Im told that theyre a man down, and that theres only one technician and the other one would get out of school at 2:15. No problem I need the tires balanced so I wait. When my keys were taken, I didnt think to ask if there was a charge because when I go to Discount there is no charge ever for balancing. So I wait and in about an hour and a half the technician tells me that all he needs to do is get my paperwork. Okay I think great that didnt take so long. So hes typing into the computer and he tells me well I got to wait for my computer to catch up, and Im thinking why does a computer need to catch up... Well it was because I was being charged $13 a tire to have them balanced. Plus tax, that was over $55 I almost fell over. I went ahead and paid it but I will never go back ever. I dont know if its because I was female or if because I had Arizona plates on or what... But its just ridiculous.

Took my jeep in to get 5 new tires(4 on, and a spare ). When I picked it up, they had broken two hubcaps off, and tried to hide it. Also, all four tires were way out of balance. Went back to get them rebalance, and they broke another one!. I WONT BE GOING BACK TO BIG O EVER AGAIN!!!!

They gave my truck a safety inspection and assured me it was safe to drive. I took a trip to Denver and 3 days later when I returned home the front wheel fell off my truck. When I asked them for help I was ignored until I filed a complaint, then the owner was nice enough to allow me to pay to have my truck serviced.. Ill never do business with them again after they endangered me then spat in my face for their mistake.

I moved to town and needed snow tires. The guys here went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and helped way beyond the call of duty. A little pricier than the other shop in town but its worth it for the service and peace of mind you get from them. Thanks so much, gentlemen.

Called about an appointment to have snow tires swapped out.was told they are first come first serve. So i drove out from steamboat (45 min away) to craig and was told it would be 6 hours until they could get to it. If you are so busy that you have 30 cars to service from yesterdays first come customers, you need to take appointments. If you cant provide simple services in 1-2 hours you are not an express lube! If your going to take in more cars than you can service during the day dont tell people over the phone that youre first come first served. Tell them youre full for the day. However you inspired me to buy another set of rims and a torque wrench so i will never have to visit a place like this ever again

Travis and the Gang theyre always take care of people theyre very good at what they do they get you in and they get you out of course it is on a first-come first-serve basis so Ill be sure to get in early if you want to get your car done or get in after 4 in the afternoon.

Gave 2stars because just for a simple patch took over 35mins, I was first one here so not pleased with services.. Or would of gave higher rating... Plus on a oil change they left my oil cap off also 😡. Wont ever go back. To expensive also.

Do not go here. They forgot to put my oil filter on all the way and I leaked all of my oil out. They refused to take responsibility and blamed the faulty filter but I personally tightened it myself with nothing more than a rag and my hand. They either dont know what they are doing or they hire people who very obviously do not. Beware!!!!

Tire machine ripped a hole in my tire. Only found out when it went flat on the road. They wont admit fault, talking to coporate, but since tires had wear, all four would need replaced. Doubt they will help with that.

2.5 hour wait for an oil change and then the guy changing it walked out, got in his truck and left. When I went in to inquire why our technician left, I was told he went to get an air filter for our truck. What?? I asked if that was standard policy to replace items without asking for approval first, and I was told yes. So, buyer beware here folks!!

Went there 4 times for an alignment, never once did they bother to mention that the upper and lower ball joints were shot, but they repacked a bearing and installed an abs sensor for 300 dollars, ended up replacing the same bearing when i discovered the seal behind it was bent from someone beating on it and ruining the seal

They properly inflated my tires and washed my windows. No questions asked and no charge.

We were hunting and after washing mud off our vehicle we gained a shake and knew the tires lost wheel weights so took it in for a balance and about fell over when we figured out it was almost 75 dollars for a balance of 4 tires needless to say tire pressures were not correctly set around the vehicle and there service writer Madi was very rude and once the tech was finished she was talking to the tech about us telling him to hurry with our keys since I was watching over our expensive hunting rifles and can say next time I will trust Walmart first and will avoid going here at all possible and too add tires were still not balanced correctly but was just enough to stop the shake so I wouldnt destroy tires or suspension but still have a shake at 70 mph
