Travis provides The Best customer service. He is polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. In previous occasions, Ive witnessed that when hes helping a customer and someone else comes in, hell acknowledge the newcomer so they feel welcome and acknowledged, then return to assisting the previous customer. He knows how to balance multiple customers, without making anyone feel neglected. Travis could give lessons in excellent customer service, which he has provided every time Ive visited the Craig, CO Verizon store.

Brianna was knowledgeable, patient and kind. She answered all of my questions and ensured that all the data transferred from my old phone to my new phone. She expertly installed a screen protector on my new phone. It’s rare to have this kind of service today. I am so glad I found your store!

Wonderful experience! I was out of state visiting my boyfriend and his family and my phone internally broke out of nowhere. They patiently helped me by assessing the problem and letting me know of my options etc. I walked out with a new phone and a smile!

I went to Ensignal in Craig to upgrade one of the phones on my business account, address some questions and look over my plan. Alissa, one of the associates, was such a wonderful help. She listened to my needs, got me dialed in to the best products for me and my business. She stayed late and made sure I was taken care of. I am sure she had a long day but you would have never known it. I ended up getting a few ASUS ZenPads as well. Awesome! Thank you Alissa for all your help. You are fantastic!

Ashley was able to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the new iPhone X and Verizon’s service plans! I highly recommend checking with them if you are looking for new phones or plans!

Verizon cell coverage in Craig Colorado is HORRIBLE. I work remote and need to make calls for work and use my phone as a hot spot. Nothing works. Do not let anyone tell you there’s good cell coverage here. The Verizon cell coverage in Craig, Denver, Brush and many other places in Colorado is the absolute worst.

Good service way too expensive tho

Very rude, had lots of questions about changing over to Verizon, they were not very happy that I had so many questions. Understaffed, lots of people waiting, do not apologize for the wait, wont even say hi when you come in.

The people at the Craig Verizon store is always rude to me and the dont take ownership the they mess up I had got a screen protector and in less the a week it had air bubbles then it fell off and she seemed not to care at it had come off and see was in the phone with someone when I was there I felt like I did not have the full respect of her that she could have given me she also makes me feel uncomfortable when I go in because she give me that look like u again and can u just leave already I am unhappy with the help I had.
