Today I did the unthinkable! I left my purse in a shopping cart at the Craig, Colorado City Market parking lot. When I returned to the store, I discovered that a very nice employee named Theodore had found my purse and turned it into the customer service desk. Theodore was very polite and helpful and is an excellent representative for the store. Thank you, Theodore!

No mask enforcement. saw at least 10 ppl on March 24, 2021 not wearing masks... common decency for others is really hard in this town apparently.

This store has some incredibly rude management... I dont like being undermined, patronized or condescended or called a liar by someone whos supposed to represent the company. My last experience there was unprofessional beyond measure and absolutely unnecessary. I was a loyal customer whos spent nearly $400 monthly there. Im no longer going to shop there until there is some thorough restructuring.

I bought as a side dish potatoes broccoli augrotin a week later I wanted to buy it again so I returned and was told I was rude and abrassive over the phone when I found out they have never sold in 20 years potatoes broccoli augrotin this is implying that I have lost my mind ultimately starting this altercation or someone in that deli mixed potatoes augrotin with broccoli augrotin which I find to be completely disgusting that a deli would mix foods together to sell the rest of an item then imply I am crazier than themselves.

This store is not following its own corporate policy nor the governor mandate! It is unsafe to shop here. Locals are blaming it on the hunters, but Craig is full of blind followers of trump that ignore data, science and reason. While inside, shoppers are constantly reminded to wear a mask or use delivery/pick up services, but those are not offered from this location!!!!!Though there is no other option, I am avoiding our local markets as much as possible! How is this community taking care of its vulnerable citizens!!!???

This place is absolutely one of my favorites. Nothing but enjoyable experiences here. The bill was fair.

Good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as grocery standards. Biggest complaint is that few people were actually wearing masks during a pandemic. Feel that they could do a better job an encouraging the use of masks.

CITY MARKET IN CRAIG CO. IS IN NEED OF REPAIRS. PAINT PEELING FROM BUILDING AND WOOD ROTTING FROM WATER OVER THE ENTRANCE. STAFF IS GOOD AND PRICES ARE FAIR.

I would give it a three star except that even though the state of Colorado has mandated masks, they allow people to go ahead and violate the order - so those of us trying to stay safe arent able to do so and get basic groceries. They advertise over the intercomm that curbside pick-up is available, but it isnt. I already tried that earlier in the day, becasue it is advertised on google that they are providoing that service, however it isnt set up yet after I called and asked. Hey people, the pandemic has been here since March, this is August. Get with the program - but, given that they dont care if thier csutomers wear masks, they arent going to care about curbside or maybe even properly disinfecting? Anyone looking for organic or whole health food, it is slim pickings - which is why I would have only given it 3 star. I was glad to get out of there. I travel full time in my RV and have been camping nearby. My recomendation for other RVers to skip the town of Craig altogether and get your supplies in Steamboat or the next larger town in your travels, including your laundry which was an equally disappointing experience.

Great employees! Always greeting their customers walking around asking if you need help and if there is even one person in line they call someone to open up another register and check them out. Fast friendly service. Only complaint is a typical big business such as Kroger please quit hiring online and having people fill apps out online its best to meet them in person and offer up an interview so your not missing out on good employees actually looking for a job.

The building is old and not kept up, the staff is unfriendly and not very helpful. Not much variety and too little stock. Lots of empty space. Prices are pretty good. Average for Kroger.

If you are in Steboat the two best are this and Natural Grocers. Natural Grocers has higher end. City Market is the best traditional big box grocer here with biggest selection and best prices. Natural grocers has better produce by far though and very competive prices.

Need work on social distanting

The Pharmasist was giving consults to patrons in line to purchase without offering a private area. He not only was holding upthe line for those who were just picking up and trying to pay for prescriptions he wasnt offering a private area for the consultation. He then gave a consult to me who didnt request a consult as other patrons behind me could hear what he was saying. I never asked for a consultation, all though it was a new prescription, he just started talking out loud as others behind me were within earshot. Just as the patrons before me, I could hear what they were prescribed, why they were prescribed and how to take administer it. Also there are NO signs posted to stay back for privacy issues. The employee designated to retrieve filled prescriptions, enter any insurance information and receive payment is also standing there listening to these private consults and personal information. This not only slows the process of getting needed prescriptions quickly, it adds to the issue of non privacy and really the need for her assistance. The Pharmasist keeps the first person in line asking, or in my case, not asking for a consult, from moving forward or into a different area so that the line can keep moving at a smooth and private pace. This all happened the early afternoon of 9/8/16. I spent almost an hour listening to private health conversations, including insurance numbers, phone numbers, addresses and ailments all while waiting for my prescription.

Customer service was quick and easy helping me get in and out w/o waiting

All of the fruit was moldy. its disgusting. there was only 2 strawberry packages and they both looked like they would rot within 2 days. grapes were moldy, dripping, disgusting. I just wanted some fruit.

Only one or two employees are friendly. Most are rude and dismissive. Especially, blond manager and elf looking young guy. Like the store. But the staff are courteous only to their friends.

My husband ordered me flowers from FTD who sent the order to City Market. They suggest giving the person a call to schedule a delivery time. They also say deliveries could be as late as 5 pm on Holidays. Well its not a holiday, its only thursday, and I waited all day for my flowers. I left at 5 pm to go have dinner with my parents, and when I got home, lo and behold, there was a card on my door saying they missed me and I have to now go pick up my own flowers. Really? Your delivery service SUCKS.

Very friendly and clean store, its just SO DANG SMALL. If the owner has a chance to move to a bigger location it would be a huhe upgrade. The only reason i dont shop here exclusively is because the parking lot is a horror and its impossible to navigate a cart I the store when its even remotely busy (let alone with a kid)

The front manager, a kid named Danny was very rude to an elderly lady who asked him a question. His reply to her in front of other customers was I know how to do my job and dont need anyone trying to tell me how to do it. I then talked to another manager about what I had over heard. Danny call me and tried to blame it on another employee. I do have our phone conversation recorded.
