So far all the way positive. Design was excellent, budget was on point, much better than any other who quoted, and every person I have met is someone I would hang out with. Work will begin in a few weeks. Will post pics later.

Dream kitchen designs did just that, they gave us a Dream kitchen. From start to finish we had a great experience. Greg suggested we open a wall that would create a lot of room for us. Boy are we glad we listened the room seems twice the size. The quality of their work was excellent. They were on time and kept our house very clean during the whole process. I would highly recommend them and have to friends and family. Thank you, Greg, Gregory & Carol your responsiveness and care for a customer feelings made us very happy.

We love our kitchen. Dream Kitchen Designs did a wonderful job. My only feedback is the timelines were much longer than discussed. We would hire them again to do more work in our house because they worked with us and we appreciated that.

As a wife that cooks multiple times a week, my kitchen is my sanctuary. Our kitchen was old and just not cutting it anymore. We needed a serious upgrade. We are so thrilled we went with Dream Kitchens. Everything looks amazing! I cannot thank you enough for the job you did. You were professional, on time and had such great ideas for our space. Thanks again for the great job!

I normally dont write reviews, but we had such a great experience, something not to common nowadays. When I came to Dream Kitchen, I told them I had a $12,500 budget, most contractors would make sure I spent every last dime, but not in this case, we got our dream kitchen for just under $9,000 without sacrificing anything! We appreciate that honestly. Greg was VERY helpful in assisting us in the design process and installation of our new kitchen. They have an amazing showroom in downtown Cranford where you can see all of their cabinets and hardware which was helpful in the selection process. Greg showed us a 3D design of our kitchen before we agreed to purchase, and I am happy to say the final kitchen looked awesome. I would recommend Dream Kitchen to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Please be FOREWARNED about doing business with Dream Kitchen. DON’T!!!!!Dream Kitchen will not honor their advertisement, nor their contract, so you sign with them at your own risk. They are very rude and condescending. They promise you a certain time to complete the job, when they come in late and leave early. They may not finish the job all. Their work is horrible and they don’t listen to you as the customer. They do what they want. I thought customers suppose to have some say, not with these guys. They are always right. For me Dream Kitchen was more like a Nightmare!!!!! If you are truly looking for a great professional contractor, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DON’T’ HIRE DREAM KITCHEN, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!TRUST ME I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE!!!!!I took these guys to court and mistakenly settled with them for far less. I thought they would honor the agreement when of course they didn’t. They were supposed to come out to touch up my cabinets within two weeks according to the contract and they did not. They gave me their little money and warranty, but the catch with their warranty is you have to go through them. Now you know I never received the warranty before, so the agreement was for them to give me a copy, but I still have to call Dream Kitchen to put in a claim. Why???? I tried before and they never responded. Well, they did finally put a call through but well after the two weeks on the contract and the warranty people did come eventually, try a month and half later. I realized then that my mistake was settling with these guys. I should have taken them to court and never settled. They lied in court and the judge fell for it. He only wanted to discuss the mediation contract, not the prior complaint we had about all the other issues. He didn’t even want to hear from me how they defaulted on the mediation by not touching up my cabinets according to the contract, But of course they lied. When I say they will walk off the job, please believe me. They will. They will not honor the appliances they advertise, and they will place your cabinets on top of baseboard heaters. Not good at all. Even their warranty guy said it was wrong and stated how it will cause continuous problems with my cabinets. I now have to get someone to remove the baseboard. They also placed my microwave so low that the door broke. PC Richards came out and fixed it but only because I still had a warranty on it. The guy from PC Richards said the problem was because of the microwave installation. Even the warranty guy and many other contractors that came in concluded how it was too low. These guys aren’t professionals and you need to take heed. I am not a vicious person, but I truly feel had I known what I do now, I would have never done business with these guys. DON’T SAY I DIDN’T WARN YOU!!!!!!

The experience started great but went downhill before we got to design. Owner has a way he does business and that was not flexible enough for a family with a toddler. The problem was owners refusal to negotiate design with just one of the spouses. Reason is he would have to explain to other spouse separately. Thats a valid point from their time expense perspective, which is why I am not rating it 1 star, but reality is families have kids and not always daycare is available. Another reality is - thats not how business is done in America. He offered to reschedule, I said I wanted to look at design at least since I was already there, he refused to even show to only one of us, and we parted ways. Another issue of contention is he didnt want to spend time with us since we openly told straight up we are taking bids from multiple GCs. I can get that, in his business setup his time is very important he cant afford to risk it much. Also during initial onsite consultation owner showed himself to be extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions. He was also extremely conservative with ideas (he sticks with what his experience tells will work) if you want to discuss creative ideas he isnt for you.Thats a bloody shame because he spent 3 hrs with us in the house and then at least 2-3 crafting the design, while I took 2 half days off to meet with the owner.
