This is my favorite UPS store! I have been a UPS customer for years!! Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I recently had back surgery and the staff was great when I received heavy boxes the staff would carry out to my car. Over the years I appreciate their professionalism and service I received. Thank you!!!
I was pushed to purchase insurance on a pair of custom sneakers & a custom sneaker box i made for a client. Over $100 later, my package was completely destroyed and my insurance claim was denied. When i asked the store to explain the denial. They basically told me they were just a middle man between me and corporate, but most likely had i paid extra for them to wrap my package, my claim wouldve not been denied. I asked why i wasnt told that when i was asked to take out the insurance package, and i got no response. I wrapped my package with 3 layers of bubbles tape and put Styrofoam around all sides. Apparently i was supposed to use steel bc they handle ur packages like a bunch of animals. Shame on UPS!
I have been a frequent customer of UPS for the past few years now. My business has used all the major shipping companies but I have always had the best experience with UPS and this store specifically. The staff is very friendly and helpful every day!

I dont really enjoy having my time wasted and my interaction with Erin is the reason I will continue to come to this location.No matter how busy the place is, or how long the line is, Erin is incredibly fast, direct, and efficient. She respects everyones time with short and concise answers to complex questions without losing focus on what shes doing.Cranford UPS should thank their lucky stars to have Erin. She exudes professionalism and has earned my repeat business as long as shes there.
The staff Is professional and courteous, I go there for all my office needs. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a UPS store.

This place is an embarrassment. I walked in to get an estate document notarized and was told the notary was at lunch, so I made an appointment to return at 3:30. When I returned at 3:30 the notary was busy with another customer and said “this will take me at least 30 minutes”. When I asked why they had me make an appointment if he wasn’t going to be available I was met with a nasty attitude and again told he was with another customer. I had one document to be signed. I was met with the same apathy when I inquired about closing my father’s mailbox just a few weeks ago. This location is just a few blocks from my house, so it’s convenient but I will never use this location again. My time was wasted. DO BETTER.

There was a really long line at the store and the incredible girl who was working the counter, Erin, zipped through every customer and was very professional while she was dealing with each one. I expected it to take a long time but the line was gone within minutes. Good job, Erin!
They tried to charge me to print a label. It’s absurd the lack of customer service. The store is extremely not customer friendly and is willing to lose business over a few dollars. They nickle and dime you.
This is my favorite UPS store! They are always so helpful and friendly. I always have random print jobs for my job and the customer service is incredible. My print jobs are always done in a timely manner and I appreciate their professionalism. I’m so grateful I don’t have to go to to Staples anymore!! Thank you!!!
The store also opened up late. I was outside at 7:58 and the doors did not open until 8:02. The sign said the store opens at 8:00. Late is late.
Always a pleasure dealing with the people. One of the few places when they see a line everyone gets to the counter.
I have been using the store in Cranford for 10 years now. They have always been great with their customer service. They know our names and have been helpful.
Going to UPS is never actually a fun time. But the people who work here are pretty cool. Paula is super friendly and always greets me with a smile and remembers my name somehow. Shows they care.Keep up the great work guys!
Being that many people want to be serviced at the same time, I can understand the frustration when the line gets long . I love that there is always good music to entertain the customers. Great employees and manager. Mr. Chris and Karen make a great team together! Everyone tries their best to satisfy my printing and notary needs . A round of applause for store 2421 .
Went in to try to get a document notarized this morning, and the lady stated that the notary would be coming in in a few minutes, or a few hours....... what??!?! I dont understand how a store for such a large company could be so unorganized. We ended up going to the Scotch Plains location, and Mr. Munoz was extremely helpful and efficient. Very pleasant experience.
James went beyond the call of duty answering the phone after the store was closed & remained there until I arrived with an emergency fax to go out. He would not accept the tip I tried to give him. Such kindness was so appreciated.
Was home all day waiting for my package just to get a update that my package was attempted with a sticker on my door saying they were going to deliver next day, no knock or doorbell ring. According to my tracking info next day was ready for pickup at this location. Female employee immediately was rude and stated that she can’t find any package with my name, I proceeded to say that I received an email that my package was ready for pickup. She then with an attitude stated pick up is after 1oclock no where does it state that in the email or the note left on the door. I asked her if the tracking Info would help her and she refused to try and be helpful just to go through the boxes on the floor exposed to other customers as well just to find my package in a unsecure area. She couldn’t even apologize and continue to then state that next time my address needs to be the same address my product was delivered to which makes no sense people have packages delivered to different locations all time. Don’t understand what her reason for attitude and unprofessionalism was for. Looking over previous reviews and someone mentioned the employee with the Karen hair cut was rude, guess this is just a common issue with this lady.
I want to thank Paula for being so knowledgeable on the service she provides . She is excellent with her bilingual abilities ( Portuguese and English ) and does her best with Spanish. It helps to serve the crowd ! The staff goes out of their way to serve the customers .
I went to the UPS store to send a fax. When I got there the employee, Christian, was closing up the store (pulling down the outside steel awning). I asked if he would let me send a quick fax and he agreed.He let me in and sent the fax for me. He was cheerful about sending the fax and never made me feel that I was an inconvenience. Afterwards I realized that he was already late closing up and I had delayed him even more.I have used this store many times and have always gotten cheerful service from everyone.
The staff at this UPS location was very helpful and spent time with me helping me with my shipping questions and finding a cost effective way of sending a large box. The young lady who helped me, Kathy was the best!
Recently dropped of a package and waited nearly 15 mins, as the one associate was busy processing another customer in front of me. Ana, who I am not sure is the manager there, poked her head out from the back to see what was going on and disappeared into the back for 10 mins. There was a line of people behind me as well and many of them walked out. Incredibly unprofessional behavior by Ana.

Manager is a moron. The place is so slow. Worst UPS stores Ive been to. Avoid this place and did you know you can drop off UPS/Amazon packages at Staples. Service there is faster with more helpful and competent managers.

The lady with the Karen cut is so rude . Every time I come in there she has an attitude (maybe just with me) . The last (and final) time I was in there right in the middle of our transaction she yelled across the store at a man for using a pen . Quite ridiculous

Beyond the worst service I’ve ever encountered. One person on a Saturday. Waited 55 minutes for a label print out only to be told the computers weren’t working. So close the store!!!!!!
