Their numbers came in lower too in the hand written cost estimate. Quality Windows are now installed and we will do more business in the future. All windows and workmanship is covered under a great warranty too. This local company is strongly recommended for call your window replacement needs.

We contracted Venture Window LLC to replace our windows after receiving quotes from 3 reputable other companies. They visited our home, reviewed our existing windows and came up with a plan for the window replacements that would look best for our type of home. They also provided me with the best quality of energy star rated glass for windows in our zone and had the most reasonable price of all the 3 companies.

The team arrived with the custom made Thermatru entry door for my home. The crew was great and the installation was executed perfectly, with no rush and the real attention to details. All was cleaned up at the end and they took away the old materials. All of that while obeying the social distance rules, wearing masks and being cordial and professional. I highly recommend them.

Venture replaced my 1980’s windows and doors. The project was completed on time and for the exact cost quoted. My new windows are easy to clean and they operate smoothly, without needing sticks to hold them up like my old ones (HAHA!). No matter what project you do to your home you want the contractor to be confident and stand by their word. Thats exactly what Venture Window did for me.My window project was large and unusual but Venture came in with one of the best prices and delivered a professional installation. They tried their best to avoid a lift rental but even when it was deemed necessary they stood by the original price of the project. Two other BIG NAME window companys switched up on pricing after quoting the job, one months after even after taking deposit.Youd be ignorant not to give Venture a shot. I definitely recommend Venture Window. At my commercial location, I had a screen door installed, along with work on an existing outer door.Bruce, one of the owners, came out to do the estimate. During that time, he was straightforward, gave me options, and recommended that I could still use my existing outer door/not have to replace- saving me some $.He and his staff were great with communication through the whole process. After the estimate and ordering the screen door, they kept me informed of the timetable. On my install date, Steve the installer was great- also kept me informed on what he was doing.I’m very satisfied with all parts of the job. Very pleased with the quality of the windows. I was disappointed with the installation details. The areas formerly covered by the storm windows will be unnecessarily difficult to refinish. Had I been told that ahead of time, I would have removed the storm windows myself and refinished the affected areas before the new windows were installed Your response below is exactly why you should have told me ahead of time so I could have taken care of it BEFORE the installation.

While my husband and I were pleased with our new windows, we are not at all happy with the repair service for a broken frame.Although it was a month ago that Venture determined what had to be done to repair the non functioning window, the job remains undone.It is a simple matter of replacing a hinge, but repeated calls have not produced results.During this extremely hot summer, we really need the use of the window for ventilation and air flow.What we are repeatedly told is that the part has not come in....

Ive used Venture Window for both historic and vinyl window replacement in my 3 family rental buildings over the past few years and they have done an excellent job and the windows are top quality. They work around my tenants schedules. They showed up on time, were neat and clean in the apartments and the woodwork around the windows looked great.

Last year in the old location, then bragged largest showroom in New England, I never made it through the front door! I had a hard time parking the car in front and then walked in only to find out that they said they could not beat my price I left on voicemail. Weird. They really pounded on me. I wanted to tell them that I saw that mansion they did on their websites and the windows for a low price, but I could not get a word in edgewise acting like they are the only game in town!I guess that was the bait & switch showing low prices on their website. They said that I would not find anyone to do it for that price. I did and got a good contractor and they did vinyl my whole house and all new windows for the price of a few pricey windows at this place. I didnt get it, they blew me off faster than I could ask for a price. I was two feet in the door and they blew up at me. I guess they want just High End Customers. Wow! I was thunderstruck! I never came back and glad because I am real happy with out contractor. He did a superb job over 4 days.

Had 2 large 90 bay windows replaced in the fall of 2018. Inspection/quote with John was a positive experience compared to a few of the other vendorsi dealt with. Ventures crew that did the installation were very skilled and know their trade. This was not a simple installation and required experienced window installers for the retrofit.Windows performed great over the winter, no drafts and fogging like i experienced with my older bow windows. Very satisfied with the installation and the window style/performance.Would use again when the time arises.

Venture installed 45 windows in my 3 family house in Bristol. The quality of the windows was exceptional considering the low price. The crew was very efficient and did a great job. The apartments were left clean and the tenants were also very pleased at how quick and painless the process was. We called several window companies to provide estimates to replace 26 windows in our 1950s colonial. The salesman sent out by one of the nationally advertised companies was not very informative or knowledgeable. After standing on one and only window he tried to pressure us into a tonite only discount.Then, when one of the owners of Venture came out, it was a breath of fresh air. Bruce provided us with several choices and brought actual sample windows for us to look at. He also showed us his Product Guide which was a spreadsheet of all the products which compared their features. There were even prices for each model so we knew they simply had honest, transparent prices. In under an hour we were given a firm quote, which was lower than all the others. We gave him a deposit and 5 weeks later their own installers did a fabulous job. Could not be more satisfied. There was a window that arrived with scratched glass and their service man was back in 2 weeks with the replacement. Highly recommend!

I cant say enough good things about Venture. The owners, Bruce & John have always treated me right. They have a broad selection of products, from basic vinyl for my rental properties to historic wood windows. Prices are always fair, and their crews really are great. All their installers are full time employees and it really translates into a thorough, professional experience.

I have used Venture several times over the last 10 years to install windows in my rental properties. Their entry level products and prices are perfect for my needs as a landlord. Quick service and great follow up when tenants break something. I would highly recommend them. They also installed windows in my mothers house recently and she wished she had not waited so long to up-grade her old wood sashes. She said her heating costs are lower and they are so easy to clean.

After speaking with a neighbor who used Venture, we called them to give us a window estimate for our entire house. The owner, John, provided us with a very informative 45 minute presentation including sample windows, product literature, references and insurance information. The prices for the various windows were pre-printed right on their product guide-spreadsheet and were very competitive. We had 26 windows installed right on time (4 weeks) and love them. The installers were very respectful of our home and did a great job. We had a small problem with one of the screens and they returned promptly to fix it. Would highly recommend.

Venture put in 9 windows in my condo today per agreement with the condo management company. These guys are great. Real pros. Extremely efficient. The whole job took only a few hours and after finishing they cleaned up and helped me put my furniture back in place and re-installed my window dressing.

We have used Venture multiple times now. They have always been extremely professional, timely, responsive and worked with my requests/plans. They have installed new windows (involving expanding window openings) replaced existing windows, and now, re-sided our home! All work has been excellent. Most recently they replaced all siding and trim on our 1940 home. It looks like a new house! Prices are great for the job as well - especially worth it for the ease of working with a group that will come and take care of everything. Bill the salesperson is great and Scott the project manager was especially fantastic in my most recent project.Especially important, the worksite was kept clean, as debris-free as possible, and after the first two days of demolition, our kids were able to play in our yard/house without us stressing about nails or other sharp objects.

I have talked to the owner Bruce and he is one of the nicest people I have met. He was very clear in how he talked and very professional. Seems like one of the best in the window industry. As a business owner in RI also I know that sometimes we cant control are sales peoples every move and they some time let the company down but the owner is where it counts. Very decent and nice recommend them to all. Very good company in the Rhode Island Window Industry. I guess they also do siding to.

Had gutters protected with leaf deflectors by this company in 2009. End caps were not put on properly and sparrows got in and built nests. Now gutters are plugged. Called Bruce who states company went out of business. They wont come and correct problem. States no warranty for work they did. Cant locate company . Venture basically told me wont help me. Told him gutter helmet offers life time warranty on their product and he told me maybe you should go call them. We gave them a lot of business in 2009 too bad they didnt appreciate it enough to make a past customer happy. Buyer beware they do not stand behind everything theyve sold.

The pricing was great and I love the windows. The initial sizing/quoting process was great and Bill Lunnie was fantastic. I didnt feel pressured or like I was getting a hard sell, which I really appreciated. When it came to the install I was very happy with how little mess and disruption there was. I did however run into an issue where they didnt replace rotted sills and brickmold that I had requested and were obviously bad. I had to call attention to this multiple times and if I hadnt been able to go up on a ladder and double check everything I think it would have just been left despite being clearly bad and in need of replacement. I had even reiterated multiple times that if it cost more than expected, Id be happy to pay, I just wanted to make sure it was all done. In the end, they got it all and Im happy with the results, I just wish I didnt have to chase after it...

HIred them to put in a new back door and windows in my basement. I cant complain about the job they did on the windows, but I was extremely disappointed with the workmanship on the door. They put no shims under the threshold and left the original trim claiming they didnt have anything that matches the other door. When the owner came by to check their work, he said he had it in stock. He did have them come back to replace the old trim with new trim, however, its crooked. The worker clearly did not measure the length that was needed. After the trim was re-done, I contacted the owner over 4 times asking why the threshold was not firm. Each time I called, he had an excuse as to why he couldnt get there to fix it that week, he was on vacation, had a big job going on, call him friday... etc. Finally I had another contractor come and look at the door, and he fixed the threshold as best he could. He claimed, that to do it right he would actually have to re-do the entire door.In conclusion, I called the owner this morning, telling him that I had to pay another contractor to fix the door, and he seemed indifferent. No apology. I would not recommend using this company to install anything.

We had 20 windows replaced in our 1879 home last spring. They did a great job,. In and out in 2 days.

Wont be buying from this company - ever. Was cut off by one of their drivers on my morning commute. Said driver then proceed to flip me the bird, attempt to cause an accident by slamming on his brakes (which I believe is covered under insurance fraud?), then motioned to me in what I can only guess is a taunt to get me out of my vehicle to start a physical confrontation.
