Got an instrument here a year or two ago but I remember the experience clear as day. Owner was rude. We first walked in, new customers, and we had to greet him. After shifting through tons of dented instruments, we agreed in a trumpet with a few dents in it and gave me a huge, hard case for it. I then had to go back multiple times to fix stuck valves, which he didn’t do anything about, and tried to sell us a tool that would “fix” it. Horrible customer service. Try to go somewhere else!

I came into the store looking for a specific product. An older gentleman, presumably the owner, was seated a sways behind the counter using his computer and chuckling. He did not acknowledge or greet me in any way, so I had to call to him to ask for help. ....at which point he finally and reluctantly, got up off his huge posterior and actually stood up! TERRIBLE customer service!!
