They worked well with my insurance and my car rental company which made the entire process as easy as possible. They were on time with their work and got my car back to pre-accident condition! Excellent job repairing our car.

I brought my black sable in for a new front bumper. Some wires needed replaced that connected to the fog lights. Sure other electrical issues. They did a awesome job. Keep me updated on what was going on . I honestly have not one bad thing to say about the whole job. I would recommend anyone to them. Definitely a top notch business. They did a great job repairing our vehicle after a collision!! We were skeptical to take our vehicle to any other repair shop than we had been to before!! But Gould completely exceeded our expectations!!

I stopped in for a quarter sized rust spot. Guy didnt even get up and barked $2500 bucks. I asked if he was joking. He said no, I know its drivers side and its $2500, I know durangos. I asked if he was serious, it was a small spot on the passenger side. Guy was so rude. Went and looked at it and gave a different estimate, on the back of a business card. Im never going there again. If you get good service there, good for you. I didnt understand the attitude I got.

Took my car there for some body on drivers side of car. Insurance company advised against going there for repair work. I didnt listen. Picked up my car and the top of the drivers side door had a huge gap in it and could see daylight through. I confronted the owner and she said its okay, we fixed it. Argued with me about it and sent some other guy out for a look. He dug his knee into the inside of my door trying to bend it back. Told him you cant bend a door back! I was not happy and let them know. They refused to fix it. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this place!! Find somewhere else or youll regret it!! Rude, terrible customer service and work!!
