We were traveling & started having a problem with the transmission in our Ram 3500. We stopped in & when exiting the truck, a young lady asked us if she could help us with anything. We told her that we needed to speak with someone in the service department. She led us to the service desk. John Hughes was working there. We explained our situation & he worked us in. We were back on the road in about 30 minutes & they made us feel like we were old friends. A very personable & friendly dealership.

I had been looking for the Perfect Charger for me for months! I probably reviewed thousands of vehicles to find the right one. I wanted something that was well taken care of, low miles, and had to feel right!I had contacted other dealerships that would tell me what I wanted to hear, or that were not caring if they even sold a vehicle, or the ones that would add on made up fees.Then one day as I was scrolling through some cars, I noticed this beautiful 2018 Dodge Charger SXT. It immediately caught my attention. It was MY color, a stunning yellow perfectly accented with black racing stickers. The car was SHARP! And it only had 7K miles.I called York Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat right away. I had the privilege of speaking with Toby. Toby took his time and answered all of my questions. There was no sales pitch, no pressure, just being totally customer centered. We connected. The car even though perfect was more than I thought I wanted to pay for a car, but considering the condition and having reviewed many cars, I knew the price was extremely competitive.With the support of my wife, I knew I could not let this car get away. Problem was that I lived in Utah. The car was in Indiana. And Memorial Day was coming. With the encouragement of Toby, we decided to put a deposit down on the car so they could hold it without selling it out from under me. It gave me time to work out financing AND get plane tickets. Ive dealt with York in Crawfordsville for a while now, mostly with Aubrey in the service side until this past weekend where I finally broke down and purchased a new-to-me Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland edition. It has a few nice things like a backup camera so now I can see what I am backing into. It also has the alerts on the side view mirrors that tell me I am cutting someone off on the highways now as well. But the true value here is the people as they really do treat you more like a person when you come in compared to many other places Ive been where you feel more like a mark than anything. So if you like a more comfortable approach to browsing/purchasing a new-to-you vehicle, I would suggest giving them a try. Ask for Steven Wells or possibly Nathan. They stepped right up for me and I even caused Nathan to be late for dinner i would assume the first day I showed up. But he seemed OK with that. But always remember, your mileage may vary.

Went straight in crunched numbers after numbers until some thing would work for me. Traded in a car that had so much negative equity & walked out with a great vehicle that same day. Great business & even better people

And made a deal. A few hiccups with bank we used, but they were handled quickly. Being active military we are new to Indiana laws and maybe could of had a little more explaining and them have a bit more knowledge. But it’s not common for active duty military. They were respectful, kind, and got the job done without screwing us. Very happy overall!

Dealing with Tony was hands down one of the easiest transactions I’ve had at any dealership. We were able to negotiate trade-in and get me into the Ram I wanted.

Charged more than $500 for work that did not need done according to another dealer, and the problem wasnt even fixed. If they had run the code like auto zone did for free, this would not have happened. So this will be the last time we bring any vehicle to York. A weeks pay down the drain. Thanks for nothing.

York CDJR is the best! I drove down from Northern IL to purchase. Casi, Mike and Josh were very accommodating. Not only did they provide the best deal by far but held the car without deposit. This was unbelievably welcome after losing out on a deal the week before. the dealership actually sold my car to another party after I had made a deposit. I think it all worked out for the best because we love our Jeep and we saved some money. Bottom line; York is great, the team is easy to work with and it was worth the trip! They even threw in a Jeep baseball cap for the wife, pretty cool.

I cant say enough good about our experience here. We are from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and were passing through town when our RV broke down. We needed to get home right away and had been thinking of getting a vehicle that we could tow, so we called the dealership and they sprung into action! We had the Jeep we were interested in waiting for us at the RV repair shop so we could drive it to the dealership and make sure it was perfect. It was, and we left with it in no time. As a 1st time customer recently relocated from the east coast I wasn’t sure what to expect . I know what I was used to and hoped for better. What I received was more than better. I asked for some work to Be done on my truck as well as a couple of recalls. They took the time to check and found one recall was not needed and made sure they had parts for the other before scheduling the time. I also asked for somebody work to be done and when I went to pick up my truck saw that it wasn’t done. Normally I would have been upset, but this time it was “didn’t need to be done there isn’t a problem so we didn’t do it”. Wow. Again not what I am used to. They did either do or check the things I asked and my truck was ready far earlier then what I expected. They now have a repeat customer..... THANKS AGAIN!

The service dept worked very hard and finally tracked it down without charging me an arm and a leg for the work. The service writer Brent went out of his way to help me out. I was charged for a new strut and the labor to install it. The strut did not last long. When taken to another shop my husband was shown the “new” strut. It was the old strut and it had just been welded and rigged to go back on the vehicle. In the process it was stripped. I had to go to another dealership and pay for another strut and the labor to install it.

Can not say enough about the staff at York. Every one is treated great. I recommend all, even the thirty minute drive from Lafayette. It is very much worth it!

Ive had great experience Ive had good experiences in the past but this time when I went I did not get the service that I expected and did not get the return phone calls I was wanting to purchase a truck and they said I know were working on it but never got back with me so I went elsewhere so this time I can only give 2 stars in the past things had been better I probably would have gave themm a four or five but not this time Im not sure Id go back now

The service department here saves me a lot of effort and time (most of the time). The thing to keep in mind is that your statistically more likely to have a problem with your car immediately after servicing. Small things get missed. After all, were only human. These guys are great at compensating for any mistakes they make and any delays in the time it takes to do a job. Sometimes those errors can be rather catastrophic, though, so make sure you double check to make sure everything is done right. Make your mechanics job a little easier by taking time to learn your car. As annoyed as I am about having to come right back here to get the torque values double checked after my tire rotation, I will always gladly come back here to get my work done. These guys do care.
