I am disgusted with at&t now because I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years back to the Cingular wireless days. I have always paid my bill and have never given at&t any reason to dislike me. I have been using a phone that has been receiving 4g signals properly and worked fine until I deactivated the phone to allow a free phone (that at&t sent) to be activated. I mistakenly thought the new phone was 5g. It wasnt, so I wanted to reactivate my old phone. NOW MY OLD PHONE WILL ONLY WORK FOR A FEW MINUTES!!!! Even though it is displaying 4g on the display, at&t says that the IMEI number isnt in their database, so I must be a 3g phone so the SIM card gets suspended and wont work. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WORKING FINE LAST WEEK! This tells me that at&t wants me to buy a NEW phone from them. This will not happen. If I dont somehow get satisfaction, I will likely be telling at&t GOODBYE!!! I MEAN IT!!!

I took my phone to the store to have a cracked screen protector replaced and was greeted at the door and my new screen protector was installed in seconds and I was out the door. The employee, Michael J that waited on me was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job!

Ive made two trips to this store in the last two weeks and had an excellent experience both visits. The store is full of very friendly employees that are knowledgeable and helpful. Erica was my consultant both visits and Id highly recommend asking for her. Erica walked me through new phone options, compare accessories and even checked to see if I qualified for service discounts. Ask for Erica when its time to upgrade your phone or service.

I am so glad I went back. I usually dont like our ATT store because most people that work there are super stuck up!! And dont want to help, like us coming in is a burden to them. I had gone in a few days before and had someone who didnt even want to help. She asked what we were looking for and when we said anything Android and not iPhone she sent us to the table with Samsung said not to go to the table with LG phones and she didnt even bother helping us find a phone so we left. I went in yesterday and James Post helped me. We found a phone I love and even helped me get some accessories which turned out to be on sale. He was awesome informative and helpful. Glad to have had him help me! If I have to go back in I hope he will be working because he was just super nice and helpful. So Id recommend him if you can get him helping you!

Great customer service all around from the store manager, Brook, to my sales representative, Michael. My situation posed challenges that Michael hadn’t encountered in his four years working at the store, but he didn’t give up and went above and beyond to get things resolved. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and his overall level of customer service is way higher than most, especially in this day and age when it’s really hard to find good customer service. I had a problem with a phone that Id gotten, and they knew exactly what to do to fix it. I couldnt have been in there 15 minutes, and I was on my way, and my phone was working perfectly!

Less than 5 minutes to wait on a representative for very helpful information and suggestions in a family type business. Staff was waiting for guests as soon as you come through the door and rep walks you back through the store to the door to exit. Great service from these workers.

I was disappointed that I was not told the iPhone 11 did not come with an adapter or a charger. Had to go out again and purchase one separately.

You get greeted at the door and they walk with you and explain things to you. The one downfall is that they tend to only know what they like or are interested in. Lots of new and improved items. The store is set up better now. I am a customer for around 12 years I would think you would get some sort of discount for spending thousands on new phones, watches and other electronics. That part just wants me to walk into another store.

Arrived at 6:30pm told the front door greeter I wanted to get a new phone, at no point in time did she let me know that they do not sell phones past 7pm. Wait nearly an hour just to be helped, for the guy to tell us that they do not do upgrades past 7pm. Not sure why nobody mentioned this as I waited all this time to not be helped. I do not recommend going to this store. Skip the middle man and do it yourself online, or find a store with better service!

Love this store on occasion wait time is long. By the time you get waited on there is a smiling Rep whom has most of the answers your looking for and if not they can find out. Lately we have been waited on by a tech named Erica she is great knowledgeable and willing to help with all your At&t needs.

Good experience at AT&T. We had to wait a little while for an available employee but wasnt too bad. The employees we talked to were knowledgeable and helpful. We were in and out quickly with new service.

Apparently none of you have worked a big retail store with little staff. If that phone worked they would have to hire one person dedicated to that phone. Been there done that. Your comments are only proof.As far as the real review here, theyre great. T greet you at the door (and as well as leaving) very knowledgeable and they get things done as much as they can. (Not everyone is perfect). My big issue here is wait times. 15-45min or more. Its silly. However it is nice if u leave to get a bite or run errands they send you a text when your appointment is near.

Why publish a phone number that no one answers? Are you not a company that sells phone service? Customer Service said my issue had to be addressed at a store. I was to call to ensure what I needed prior to arriving. I could not get anyone to answer to phone to ensure the 30 Minute drive to the store was warranted. Very, very poor customer service experience.

The service in this store is AWESOME! I went in needing help with my cell and was greeted at the door she wanted to know how she could help and I had to explain I pushed the wrong botton on phone, she knew exactly what I did (even though I didnt) and fixed it in under 3 minutes!!! Went in to purchase new phone. The staff was very rude from the beginning. My husband had asked a question & the girl just walked away & went to greet other people without answering or at least excusing herself. The dude working was leaning over the counter blocking a phone I obviously was trying to see but wouldnt budge. Walked out without purchasing which would have been cash. Will go somewhere else.

Doesnt answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous, got to the point where it would ring once and they sent me back to virtual operator, a division it started with about 8 rings. All I get from that is instead of answering the phone, they have a person sitting right next to the phone to sending people to voice-mail instead of picking up the phone. Definitely calling corporate, if they pick up of course.

We were able to get what we needed. Nick answered all our questions with out rolling his eyes.. not even once! Thx Nick!

Bought a JBL speaker last week, I dropped it at work and knocked something loose and they helped me replace it! Theyre very helpful. Breen with them for a little over 2 years and has no issues!

This AT&T store provides the worst service I have ever experienced. They operate under the illusion that they are providing good service, but unless the situation fits into their box of rules, management will not make a decision. Management job is to resolve issue that their subordinates are not able or authorized to solve. This often requires them to pick up the phone and assist the customer in resolving their problem. The entire management staff should be replaced with a team that truly understands what customer service is all about. I cant help you! is not an acceptable answer! Another sad day in America!

Employees are friendly and helpful

Place was packed and I ended up helping customers at the kiosk since the att crew was busy helping other customers. Two of the customers in front of me didnt know how to use checks to pay there bill. Eventually, one of the att crew got the other kiosk working and helped with the check issue. I would say 12 minutes waiting to use the kiosk roughly.

The experience I had today was arduous. The Bmv has a new competitor for worst customer service.

The people are friendly although there is usually a wait and it takes way too long to activate new phone services or other things. The price of items and services are too high plus everything is an extra cost. Frustrating although cell phones are the way to go.

There is usually a wait to get service here, but you can always take advantage of the WiFi during your wait. There were issues transferring my service to another phone after mine was damaged, but they did get it done.
