The older man working was not educated on what he was selling and was very short with me when I asked questions. I was very put off by how he seemed to be annoyed by me and my questions. After he handed me my receipt he went back to taking inventory and I apologized if I had annoyed him and he scoffed at me. Then I asked if I could fill my new pod with my new juice(that I had just bought) in the store to use the light and table. He said I’d rather you didn’t because of there being cameras in here. Then I asked if you could even use a vape in here and he raised his voice with me and said this isn’t a vape lounge. You can only use the testers set out if you want to vape. This isn’t the first time I have been to this vapor store. When I’ve came in before, the lady working was VERY helpful in getting me what I was looking for. She WAS using her vape and told me that I could use mine as well if I’d like to. No where outside the store is it posted that you cannot vapor inside the store. I just wanted to share my bad experience with this employee. It’s a great store, but one bad employee can deter many customers.

Not a specialty vape shop. But they dont claim to be. Staff were pleasant, helpful, and accomodating. If I am in the area definatley will be back. (Sidenote) While here I didnt see any insane box mods exploding or flaming pelicans or care bears or unicorns. Just nice people who sold me what I needed at a fair price.

If youre going to be so avid on selling vape juice and supplies, why sell tobacco products as well? The FDA states that vape is a tobacco product, but it really isnt. Theres no tobacco there, and there are so many more chemicals in cigarettes and cigars than there are in eliquid, as the four main components are Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, nicotine (in some cases), and FDA approved natural and artificial flavorings. That is all thats there, nothing else. It just boggles me how you can sell the devices that are meant for helping one achieve a healthier lifestyle, and the cancer sticks that theyre trying to get away from both in one location. Youre treating them the same, when in fact they arent.That isnt my only problem though, I have noticed when I have come in that you are selling what is called mechanical mods. This is dangerous, as you can have people who arent ready to use anything unregulated and you will sell the product to them anyways, without teaching them battery safety or Ohms Law. Those gory accident videos blasted on social media that give vaping a bad name? Yeah, those are happening because people arent being informed. I feel like, when it comes to vaping, the salesperson should be able to show a customer a vape that fits them best, and have ample knowledge on how different mods, RDAs, and tanks work so that the customer will know what and what not to do, and to get the most out of vaping while also being safe.I personally would recommend that customers for this shop who are interested in vaping should look into actual vape shops. They have been doing this sort of thing for years, and they are the most knowledgeable about vape compared to any gas stations or smoke shops that think vaping is a trend and not a change of life for those who are suffering from the consequences of smoking cigarettes.So, that being said, I wont go here any longer, I will take my business to professionals.
